There are no diverse options for specific pieces, only breasts and stems, and the taste is missing. Prices are high

I can understand if there are a lot customers, it takes time. But 25 minutes for chicken pops is way to long after I had my burger. It's like they don't want to live.they don't smile. They don't care. Don't work here then. Such a shame

KFC is the cheapest processed food you’ll get in Thailand when you compare it with domino’s/burger king

Order was made for 7 drumsticks special at 5: 46pm. They said wait 30 minutes. I come back at 6: 21 (right now), they said wait 15 for minutes. How does it take KFC 45 minutes to prepare 7 drumsticks. Just waiting there doing nothing.

Chicken was good. French fries were served cold. I requested new ones, I think they refried them, didn't taste like fresh fried. Many tables not cleaned. Staff on low energy. This is not the KFC standard I know. View on the beach and sea is beautiful.

The woman at KFC will not help you if it’s 30 minutes before closing time. She will say they run out of chicken and anything that you want to order will have a long preparation time. It happened two times already.

They over load the cup with ice. Had to go back. For a refill, little bit of a stand off but the refilled albeit reluctantly.

If a customer wants WingZ Zabb, then the restaurant should make it. I have been 3 times to this same KFC, where I would ask for WingZ Zabb and they would not make it for me. Why have it on the menu and not serve it? Take it off the menu then! False advertising.

Really bad service! Unprofessional stuff, I asked for food they said I have to wait 40 minutes! I don’t recommend it at all

Probably the worst KFC in Pattaya. Tired staff that actively ignores you, the cashier usually speaks to you at a 90 degree angle. Difficult to order, but not a language issue. Usually out of half the items you order and slow two tell you. Even if there's a line there seems to be only one woman working the cashier. There are way better KFC in Pattaya within short walking distance.

If you like fried chicken, this is the place.though there are many more exciting and healthier food options in this mall, check out the nearby food court!

Pathetic staff very stupid cant even follow a basic line. Go another branch or another place complete waste of time.

Last time I used this place I walked out once again they let people jump the que and serve Thai people before westerners. I was told they only have fish burgers 30 minutes wait for chicken absolutely crazy for something called Kentucky fried chicken. KFC should be ashamed of themselves for for there staff in pattaya both restaurant's I've tried your staff are rude and very badly trained. Treating westerners like this is shameful. Never bite the hand that feeds you.

Another of the fast food chains. The Zinger Burger is quite nice. The fried chicken seems to be a little bit oily. OK for a quick bite. Last visit October 2016
