Overall experience is average.
1st- less explanation when reached
2nd- room service was not done till evening. Need to remind them twice
3rd- some staff was not trained well, especially in term of languages.
4th- restaurant food was 5/10
5th- hotel need to be upgraded.

It is one of the best resorts in Pattaya. We keep coming back all the time! Service is on point, rooms are great. Main pull was recently renovated. Need a touch up in some public areas, but overall a fantastic experience! Thank you!

The room was tidy and very nice. The staff always attentive and friendly.

No InterContinental standard should be expected. The pool area is in dire need of renovation and there are mosquitoes everywhere! The food at the pool and at the breakfast buffet were disappointing. Breakfast is the same every day - hardly any variety. Partly dry bread and always dry waffles/pancakes.

The most annoying thing about the stay were the obvious sex tourists.
Here Grandpa, over 70 years old, snogs and fumbles around in the pool with 1-2 women under 20 years old all day long. Crowds of tourists of certain nationalities also have a very negative impact here. There's beer lying around by the pool and it's very loud because of the roaring. We were also kept awake one night by a sex party in the next room. We complained, but unfortunately nothing happened.

Absolutely not recommended with children! We wouldn't come back and we were traveling without children. Fortunately.

Quiet 5 stars hotel in Pattaya. Located on the mountain. Lovely staffs and English fluent communication. Room are clean and well equipped with all you need. Big room size and lots of tree in the resort. They have 3 pools and small private beach. Water pressure are ok. Breakfast are the best. They have varieties of food which taste good. Local street food are available. I love this hotel. They located on the mountain so you may need to claim the step while you explore hotel facilities but they have golf car available to transfer.

I only come here for barbecue near the sea. The restaurant is very grand, and it’s okay to set up a small table for barbecue. Fortunately, the weather is cool, otherwise it would be very.

Beautiful resort nestled into the side of the Hill. Lush, tropical like setting overlooking the beautiful gulf of Thailand. You can't go wrong if you stay here. Impeccably maintained and top-notch service staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel at very quiet pattaya area. Staff (Pattarawadee and the team) was god damn professional and friendly. Club lounge was super! Very quiet and service was great. You can get all kinds of cocktail and nice grape wine for reasonable price. Also, all of the hotel staffs let you feel very comfortable, elegant, enjoy the job and love to give lots of good suggestions. I strongly recommend You must try to stay here and get club access.

We booked a stay at the resort to allow us a few days away from Bangkok city. The resort is so relaxing and beautifully laid out. Staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. We felt valued as soon as we arrived from the concierge team to the check-in experience. Our room was spacious and had plenty of outside space. Breakfast was in an idyllic spot looking over the sea and with a huge selection on offer. Can't wait to return!

This hotel is absolutely great ambience with huge and various shaped pools cascading down to the beach.
The food at the restaurants was really good and tasty served by friendly staff.
Hope to come back one day!

Staff are friendly. The place is quite and peaceful. I and my wife spend 3 days here. International buffet breakfast is delicious. It a little bit crowdy At 8.00 a.m. To 9.30 a.m. And staffs seem like somehow short hand during that time. Seafood pizza is great. There is personal beach but I mostly used my time in swimming pool, fitness center, and bathtub. There is shuttle bus from hotel to Central Plaza Pattaya. A walk from hotel to nearest restaurant would take 30 minutes. That quite a long walk for me. You could call taxi anyway but meter start around 200+ Baht.

The hotel location is very private, not as loud as the hotel near beach road. Hotel decoration is Thai style.

This place was amazing! The rooms were immaculate. We had an ocean view with a 4th floor balcony. I would definitely do that again. The lower floors allowed views of the trees and facility, but you can't beat the view up high. We ate breakfast and dinner there and room service once. The food was wonderful. Check-in made you feel like royalty. We had a car and was allowed to park in the underground car port below our building. It was super convenient to do. And the pool life is the best. They will service you with towels and water as needed. It was such a beautiful place and the staff was super kind to us.

Incredible Hotel. Perched into the hillside with an amassing view of the sunset from the bar. With three Pools to choose from. Rooms are very well appointed and spacious. The staff are excellent and very attentive. Don’t miss out on the morning buffet breakfast it has option for all dietary requirements. My tip make sure you order the Thai iced tea.

Ocean view suit room is impressive with great view and luxury room. Service at club is also great and staff is very polite and friendly. Afternoon tea, we got served with quality and tasty bakery and snack. We enjoy every moment here.
