Great selection of budlies and three floors of beautifully decorated relaxation areas including the rooftop complete with bar.

Must visit coffee shop. Big building with tons of lounges and rooftop with nice view from 3rd floor. Decent selection and standard buds available. Nice staff on site and cool manager will make your visit a bit more fun.can definitely spend few hours there hanging out. I will be back again.

Great atmosphere with 3 stories of space, plus an outside area with a fountain. Great artwork to space off and look at will enjoying premium green.

Stuff don't talk and understand English. Very Stupid thai cashiers. I have never seen the most Unprofessional staff in my life. I Don't Recommend Anyone to Visit this place and will do this in future bcs live here.

Best coffee and products of anywhere around. Very clean. Unique paintings/ murals. I recommend this place very much.

Great location on Jomtien Second Road, close to everything.
I have been to several Cafes in and around Pattaya and thankfully located Happy Smile, which I believe has the best product/prices in the Pattaya/Jomtien area 100%.

This is the best coffee shop I have ever seen. The coffee shop stretches from the first to the third floor with about 40-50 seats, a large selection of marijuana, very nice, pleasant service. On the roof there is a seating area with ottomans!

The best place to smoke in Pattaya, the cannabis is fantastic quality. The rooftop bar at sunrise and sunset is amazing! Staff are well trained and really friendly. Great place!
