Horrible. Worst hotel I did by far in Thailand. No hot water for the shower and for the jacuzzi, very bad smell in the room, wifi not working, water on the swimming pool is very cold around 23 degree. Only one towel per person. No towel for hand or for hair. Door to the bathroom is broken and cannot be close. Spend 5600 baths for one night for the pool access suite. Look like a scam and a hotel with gosh customer. Don't spend 1 bath for this hotel. Ceramic tiles in the swimming pool are broken. Dangerous if you walk on it. You can hear cars all the day and during the night. Hotel is close to the main road. We asked double bed before the check in, they give you 2 single bed.
And last but no least, there are mouses in the ceiling. We hear them walking during the night!

This is the worst Hotel experience within 15 years and a shame to give this hotel that name. No one deserve such smelly, dirty, noisy, defect and bad serviced hotel. Maintenance and customer service is totally absent. Not even 500 THB/night worth.

ห้องสกปรก อาคารโทรมมาก ลิฟท์เป็นคราบๆทั้งนอกและใน อาหารเช้าบริการที่ดาดฟ้ามีไม่กี่อย่างแต่ที่น่ากลัวคือความสะอาดเพราะมดขึ้นเยอะมากโดยเฉพาะโซนขนมปังปิ้ง มีโชว์นกเข้ามาเกาะที่ถาดอาหารแล้วจิกอาหารกินเป็นของแถมด้วย

เป็นโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องมีกลี่นอับ อยู่ในซอยไม่ติดทะเล. ดูๆบรรยากาศถ้ารีโนเวทใหม่ ก้อได้อยุ่. ตอนแรกจะมาจัดสัมนา. แต่ดูโดยรวมๆๆแล้ว ยังไม่โอเคร คร้าบ.

ห้องสวยงาม ห้องน่าพัก เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อนในวันหยุดมากๆเลยค่ะ วิวชั้น8ก็สวย มองเห็นถึงทะเลเลยค่ะ

ประทับใจมากๆ การออกแบบที่ลงตัว สระน้ำภายในส่วนตัวล ดาดฟ้าวิวดูบรรยากาศทะเลแบบเต็มๆ ต้องมาพูดเยอะเจ็บคอ

วิวทะเลชั้น 8 มีพระอาทิตย์ตกดินตอนเย็นสวยมาก ตอนเช้าขึ้นไปทานอาหารอาหารอร่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ใหญ่ ครอบครัวประทับใจมากๆค่ะ

ห้องพักกว้างมาก สวย พื้นที่ใช้สอยกว้าง ดาดฟ้ามีสระว่ายน้ำและร้านอาหาร วิวสวย ยิ่งตอนเย็นยิ่งสวย ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยมาก อาหารอร่อยมีหลากหลาย พนักงานเต็มใจที่จะให้บริการ โดยรวมพอใจมาก

ห้องสะอาดบริการดีบรรยากาศร้านอาหานชั้น8ดีมากชมพระอาทิตย์ตกวิวทะเลลมเย็นสบายกับสระว่ายน้ำชมวิวทะเลไปด้วยชิวสุดๆค่ะชอบค่ะห้องพักก้อใหญ่ดีการเดินทางก้อสะดวกค่ะชอบมากกกก

ทานอาหารเย็นมีหลากหลายให้เลือกส้มตำทะเล ปลากกระพงทอด อาหารซีฟู๊ด บาร์บีคิว ครอบครัวได้ทานอร่อยมาก อาหารทะเลสดมากค่ะ ครอบครัวเราจะมาพักและกิน เราจะกลับมาอีกครั้งค่ะ

ถ้ามีระบบไม่ให้ซักดาวเราก็จะให้อันนั้น โรงแรมแย่มากกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกกก ห้องเหม็น หน้าตาเหมือนยังทำไม่เสร็จ สกปรก พนักงานนิสัยดี ไม่มีที่แขวนเสื้อตรงแอร์มีรูไรไม่รู้ กระจกเป็นกระจกขุ่นที่มีรอยคราบบับ หืมม จริงดิ ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าคืนละ 5000 กว่าบาท ลิฟก็มีตัวเดียวแถมยังสกปรกมาก แถมห้องรองอีกห้องประตูล๊อกไม่ได้โว้ยยยยยยย มีคราบสีเหมือนทาลวกๆด้วย จริงๆมีให้ด่าอีกเยอะแต่ ขก ละ บัย หวังว่าจะปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นนะ

The room was very spacious and comfortable as well. The view on the rooftop was extremely impressive and very pleasant to look at while swimming. The food was delicious as well. My friends and I enjoyed our holiday so much.

สถานที่จริงๆไม่สวบแบบในรูปที่จองไป รร. เก่า เหมือนกำลังรีโนเวท จ่ายแพง ไม่สวยและไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป

The view up on the rooftop looks stunning! The swimming pool was enormous and you could see the view of the beach quite nicely. The room was clean and airy. There were three rooms within a room and me and my family were quite satisfied with the room service. The food was delicious, especially the seafood that was fresh and sweet. I’d love to go back to the hotel again!

One of the worse hotels for the money I have stayed at. Looks like a 2 star hotel but they tried to add luxury items but had a terrible contractor do them.

It sucks! I went there in the late evening but the place is in very terrible conditions (old, untidy, messy, haunting), so I decided to leave there right away although it costs me more than 150usd/ night. The star rating really is a fault! 4.5 stars definitely don't look and feel like this place.
