Gian's Italian Restaurant

My veal which I was so looking forward to was so thin it was like copy paper smothered in a thick creamy sauce. Truly awful. It shouldn’t be on the menu unless they can deliver decent veal.

Never experienced this before in an Italian restaurant. Extra: we weren't late.
On the menu, but no minestrone soup, no panna cotta. Main course osso bucco absurdly small portion, salmon dish partner suggested even less, 2 extra thin slices. All this in contrast to the fairly high bill. Have been here several times in the past and were completely satisfied. This last experience made us decide to skip this restaurant from now on.
Please note that we had to continue our dinner, which we were really looking forward to, elsewhere.

Always great food there. The ambience is a dream, the wall paintings are simply something that everyone should see. Even a place where I would get married on a small scale. Really the best Italian I know in Pattaya, Jomtien. Very special, exclusive service, the boss is an older Italian who has the place completely under control.

All in all, great address
It has its price but the quality is so high that it is justified.

For me, the first address for Italian food

Not bad in that sense. If you however intend to go there for a mediterranean salad as a main course, you will be disappointed: small selection, small portion, compensated (?) by a big price.

Had a pizza. Was very good but not outstanding. Had melon with prosciutto. Melon wasn’t yet quite ripe. Good atmosphere and service. Prices extremely high.

The food we had 2 pastas and a mixed meat board with a beetroot salad.
2 beers 1 glass of wine 2 espresso coffees. 3400 baht. A bit expensive for lunch I feel.

Expectation / outcome gap was huge — didn’t expect too much but it turned out to be v yummy and I especially like the four cheese pasta and the wagyu beef …. Mome the waitress was very courteous … Guido the boss was superb….

Amazing Italian food. Excellent service. Comfortable and beautiful interior. Though some appetizer were not truely authentic and the Panna Cotta was just so so. I will still definitely go back in my next trip for their Pizza!

Expensive but very good. It's worth visiting while you are in Pattaya. Good wine selections. Very nice atmosphere. A classy place to go out with your love one. ️

This place is amazing!
all home made salamis, cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats sausages wood fired pizza and more. Luka the owner and his brother made us feel like family. I love these guys I felt like I was at my aunts place back in the day with family. I will be moving to Pattaya and I intend to eat here every chance I get. Cant wait.
Try this place an absolute must!
If you want real home cooking you found it when you come look for me i will be the one feasting on culinary greatness on the big table.

This is a fancy Italian restriction. Definitely did not come dressed for the part today. Will know better for the next time. Prices are high as one might expect for a fancy place. Food is good. If you’re looking for good inexpensive Italian food, this isn’t the place. I’d you’re looking for the high style atmosphere, then this is the place.

Absolutely terrible. Parma ham 680 bhts just 3 miserables slices. We ordered octopus carpaccio they served beef carpaccio and spaghetti vongole i never ever seen vongole small like this. Really disappointed restaurant. Don't.go there.

Tibolt, D hotel manager of Royal Cliff Hotel recommended here for dinner. He is sooo right. Their food & service are equally nice. Atmosphere from interior tells the quality and history.

This is fine dining at it's best. The food was superb and the service was perfect in all ways. The staff made us welcome and comfortable without hovering. All aspects of our dining was well planed by the staff. Thank you for a great dinner. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Amazing service perfect food. I was eating alone. But all the servers were very kind and friendly. Felt like cared. I definitely go there again. I had mango crab salad and truffle pasta.

I give five star for staff and their service. They did a great job. I was a walk-in customer who ordered a plate of pasta and take away pizza. Packaging looks more like a taladnud thing. Why not showing price without service charge and tax, so it does't bother thinking of tips.
