Great place! You will think it is only a bar at first. Rooms are upstairs. Beach road out front. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. The bar also makes great coffee and has a full time restaurant.

Room with a view and it was nice looking out every morning at the beach.so close to the local centre of town and to enjoy a meal for beer. Hotel restaurant is very nice and the service is good with a 24hr desk.rooms are a little bit old but still ok

Stayed here for 2 nights, very nice staff and the food is amazing.
Location is right on the beach. Was given a beach view room, worth the price. Do suggest to stay here and try the chicken curry. The manager of this place Mr Suresh had given us the best experience and was very nice to suggest us and give travel ideas and he is also and amazing cook. If I come back, will definitely stay here. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality treatment given.

Nice experience I enjoyed the stay with Genie's Pattaya.
Staffs are welcoming and courteous.
Best part of my stay was, the fantastic Seaview from the Balcony.well presented and tasty thai food made my stay more comfortable,

It's a new hotel and beautiful Seaview from the top floor, staff is welcoming and courteous.i will certainly go back in my next visit.

แล้วมาพักครั้งแรกส่วนตัวเราชอบการบริการของน้องผู้หญิงและน้องผู้ชายต้อนรับเราดีมาก เราขอชมจริงๆนะ เรื่องการบริการคือน้องที่ที่นี่ผู้หญิงผู้ชายโดยเฉพาะผู้หญิงพูดจาดีมากพูดเพราะแล้วก็เป็นกันเองแนะนำคือตามใจเรามากตามใจลูกค้าแนะนำห้องให้เลือกห้อง แล้วก็เรื่องอาหารสะอาดมีมาเสิร์ฟให้ถึงห้องเลยสะดวกมากชอบ แต่เราขอติเรื่องในห้องในพื้นมีฝุ่นแล้วก็ทางเข้าที่พักมีกลิ่นแต่เราคิดว่าถ้าเขาปรับปรุงคือจะดีมากมันดีจริงๆที่นี่เราแนะนำเลยถ้าเรามาเที่ยวที่พัทยาอีกแล้วจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกคือมันติดชายทะเลแล้วก็คือมันโอเคเลยแหละ

Wow place to be in pattaya, best view i had from my room i have been traveling to pattaya since 2015 more thn 15 times but this is the best place for me, its not a hotel its your private villa. Romy bhaiya owner of this place is amazing he wont let you feel you you are out of home name the dish dessert and its available for you so so coperative thankyou for such a pleasant stay.

A wonderful place to have good coffee, any time food in beautiful restaurant, a next to the heaven lounge with sea terrace. Cozy comfortable suits.
