Very good buffet restaurant… if not the best in Pattaya. Very large selection of food with great quality. Price/performance really good. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Expensive but memorable experience with great sea views food and staff excellent with cafe free eggs and so many healthy choices - Americano coffee worst in Thailand but can be fixed

This place is more cost-effective than Hilton in Korea. Thai style in world food? I think it would be a good place to start with Thai food. There was really nothing wrong with it other than the sushi rice being a bit dry.

Excellent sea view, very good services, however, poor quality foods, for example, the 3 pots of Indian dishes were tasted terrible. The beef steak was too salty and the cold prawns were tastless. Visiting once is enough for the goodwill of Hilton.

First The Horizon, happy hour, 2 great alcohol free Pina Colada's, Nui was again an immaculate host, super friendly and professional.

Then booked the Edge International Buffet, not cheap at nearly 1400 baht, but what a varied choice, friendly chefs cooking and slicing to order, and overall a good quality.

The Tuna Sashimi was delicious, and the oysters small but tasty. Freshly grilled octopus with a garlic butter was yummy and had crispy tentacles.
The steak was precisely cooked, and the potatoes alongside were a treat. Had a really good meaty pork rib alongside.
Had 2 plates of mixed desserts, all tasty, the coffee choc chip ice-cream was tasty.
Friendly staff, very courteous, they just need to communicate as I was asked 5 times if I wanted a drink after arrival. After the cocktails in Horizon I needed a break, which I mentioned 3 times and then got numb. Eventually i ordered a sprite.

Overall, classy evening, nice treat for my last ni6in Pattaya. On this price level there is more competition and they are have their own USP's. Stay sharp Edge, you have such a friendly crew, service and chef wise!

This depends on what meal you have here. A breakfast buffet is $21 US. The seafood buffet is $52 US these are prices no tip. Very over priced restaurant we will not eat here again for the dinner buffet. The food is rated at maybe a two star for the price you pay. I have never seen a seafood buffet lacking quality and variety of seafood for this price. If you're going for breakfast you will be good.

The food at Edge is above average quality. I’d recommend going there despite how pricey it might be. A negative would be that they need to add more options. But regardless, I still really enjoy this place. The views are lovely from the terrace, and can even be appreciated from the indoors. Staff is lovely, thank you!

It is difficult to write anything positive about Edge, expect to be ignored by staff when you arrive, and expect to wait 25 minutes for a drink, dont go thirsty!

Been staying at Hiltons for decades, diamond member. Food was ok but the Restaurant Staff 2 ladies were sooooo rude i nearly requested the GM, and i never do that. Then they brought us the check when we didnt ask for it yet and werent finished eating, waitress just stood next to us waiting to sign it.i spoke to her in thai so my english friends wouldnt understand, i said its rude to stand here, wait for us to finish eating then ill sign the bill.im was in a $400 a night suite and a diamond member.why would u stand and lord over me.the staff at the entrance got my room number and name.will not be coming back to edge. Hotel staff inside hotel is 5 star, just the edge dinner staff was 1 star.

Today is the first day they are offering their lunch buffet again. The service was impeccable and location is lovely at the moment, while not crazy busy.

Food was however below expectations. Advertising smoked meats got us excited but it was disappointing. The pulled pork shoulder was far from being pulled and was seriously overcooked. Some of the grilled meats were good and others, again, overcooked.

Salads were fresh and good.

ใจจริงเราอย่ากดให้ห้าดาว แต่พิจารณาหลายๆอย่างแล้วเราให้คะแนนแค่ สาม ดาว ครับ เพราะเค้าต้องปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานครุวและอาหารมากกว่านี้ เมนูอาหารต้องหลากหลาย มีตัวเลือก คุณภาพวัตถุดิบอาหาร ขนาดชิ้นเนื้อ ความสดใหม่ รสชาดทีดีมากกว่านี้ โดยเฉพาะถ้าเน้นซีฟู้ดและอาหารญี่ปุ่น ต้องว้าวนะ เราเคยทานที่ห้องอาหารโกจิที่กรุงเทพ ดีกว่านี้มากเลย ที่นี่เจอคือปูกุ้งตัวเล็กมาก หมึกสดก้อเป็นหมึกกล้วยไม่ใช่หมึกหอม หอยนางรมซินเดอแคลที่แห้งเกือบติดเปลือก แต่ดีนะมีคาเวียร์ให้ทาน บอกก่อนว่ารสเค็มเว่อร์ๆ เลย ซาชิที่นี่มีที่ตัวเลือกแค่ทูน่า แซลม่อนและหมึกญี่ปุ่น อีกนิดนึงเค้าแล่ปลาได้ไม่ค่อยน่าทานะมื่อเทียบกับเรานญี่ปุ่นซึนามิชื่อดังในพัทยา เนื้อ แฮม หมูกรอบหมูแดง ดูแหังไม่ฉ่ำ ไม่น่าทาน อาหารปรุงสำเร็จรสชาดก้อไม่ดี เช่น ข้าวซอยเนื้อที่แกงดีแต่เนื้อกระด้างมาก ทำให้ไม่อยากทาน โคลคัดดูดีเชียว ชีสก้อเลิศอยู่ เราชอบการจัดเค้าเตอร์ของหวานนะ เยอะ สวย ดูดี สีสัน หลากหลายแต่ไม่ได้ลองทาน แฟนเราทานนิดหน่อย เหมือนเชฟไปเน้นของหวาน ส่วนตัวคิดว่ากลุ่มประชากรที่มาวุนวาเลนไทน์ไม่มีเด็กๆที่ชอบทานขนม เป็นผู้ใหญ่คู่รักมานั่งดื่มกินอาหารและไวน์เป็นส่วนใหญ่ เราว่าเชฟใหญ่หรือผู้บริหารน่าจะคาดเดาความต้องการของแขกได้นะ เยากให้ว้าวอขกมากกว่านี้ (หรือเป็นความพยายามในการทำกำไรในช่วงเทศกาลเป็นหลัก แต่ควรมุ่งเน้นการสร้างประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำให้กับแขกเป็นหลัก แขกจะได้กลับมาใช้บริการอีก) แต่จะว่ามากก้อไม่ได้เพราะเค้าให้ข้อมูลเมนูล่วงหน้า แต่ข้อมูลหรือจะสู้สิ่งที่เห็นอละสัมผัสได้จริง ก้อเหมือนหลงโฆษณาที่เขียนไว้ ประสบการณ์จริงเป็นหนังคนละม้วนไม่ตรงตามปก แถมราคาแอบแรงไปมากเมื่อคิดว่า เม็ดเงินที่จ่ายไปเราสามารถซื้อประสบการณ์ที่ดีและคุ้มค่ากว่าที่นี่ได้ เสียใจนะแต่ก้อจะให้โอกาสเค้าพัฒนาตัวเอง โรงแรมนี้อยู่มานาน เป็นตำนานในพัทยา อย่ามาเสียเพราะไม่พัฒนาตัวเองให้ทันกับความต้องการผู้บริโภคและคู่แข่งที่นับวันจะมีเยอะขึ้นเลยดีกว่า

ยังไงก้อลองไปใช้บริการกันครับ ดีไม่ดีว่ากันตามเนื้อผ้าและจริตของแต่ละคน ขอชื่นชมที่เค้ามีดีที่การบริการนะ น้องๆบริกรน่ารักดูแล เอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดีกันทุกคน อันนี้ยอดเยี่ยมสมเป็นห้าดาวจริงๆ ส่วนเรื่องวิวนี่ไม่ต้องพูดถึงดูภาพเอา sunset เค้าสวยเลิศจริงๆ

ถ้าถามเราว่าจะกลับไปรอบสองมั้ย ขอคิดดูก่อน
แต่ถ้าได้กลับไปทานอีกจะมารีวิวให้ใหม่นะ

Perfect seafood-fresh and tasty - also you can find everything your fantasy (and tongue) born.

700-800B for a complete buffet with cultural variety. Staff were kind and helpful. Great view of the water.

The price of food is more expensive than the price of food in Thailand, but it is a restaurant worth eating at least once. The atmosphere is so good.

Great location amazing views service was really good. Food was ok you'll try once and that will be it, let's be honest when is buffet food any good.

I cannot comprehend how this place is >4*. The buffet on a Saturday night is nothing more than a run of the mill rip off. At close to 1500thb per pax in Pattaya, you'd expect free flow lobsters etc. I piti the wait staff, who are excellent but otherwise let down by poor food quality and choice. 14 floor views are a let down too.

Great buffet with lots of variety. If you are tired of Thai food, this is the place to go.
No one will complain about this place.
