Ease Jomtien Pattaya Hotel

We had no cold water in bathroom, just hot.
Also toilet was leaking sewage all over floor. Complained to reception, they fixed water temperature but not leaking toilet.
Talked to reception the following morning, they suggested I email the manager.
I did that, but email was ignored.
Went out for afternoon and evening and on our returm toilet had not been fixed.
Sewage was all over bathroom floor. House keeping had not changed our towels or been in our room at any point. Spent over 1 hour at reception at midnight trying to find a solution, but they refused to help us.
Room smells like a sewer.
Breakfast was also of a very poor standard.
Hot buffet was cold and most food was covered in flies.
Tea and coffee were undrinkable.
Fruit juice was not real Fruit juice.
Hotel caters for Chinese people.
Appalling hotel, appalling treatment from hotel management.

Hotel too big almost walk 10 minutes inside the building to reach the room
75 of the elevators are out of order this has deteriorated over time the hotel is deteriorating despite the money coming in! 600/700 rooms at 80% full
2 functional elevators instead of 8 when I was in this hotel 4/5 years ago
The queue to take the elevator especially when there are 5 to 6 arriving at the same time
The reception also lacks staff
That's why it puts 0 because I don't understand why the boss doesn't invest
Furthermore on agoda I had to go to the hotel next door I think there is a scam there to bring in customers
Room cleaning over 4 nights 2/20: bed barely made: sheet not changed, cups not cleaned
Very fair parking and sometimes you have to wait for the coaches to move!
Finally, room 691: 6th floor You have to go to the back of the hotel for about 70 meters, then once you get out of the elevator, go back the other way for 70 meters!

Might as well put an elevator at reception level!
Elderly people or people with reduced mobility, inquire beforehand and in all cases you cannot escape by the first 70 meters

It stinks of dampness everywhere, starting from the entrance to the guesthouse, ending with the rooms, also about the rooms, I asked for one bed, they gave me two for some reason, the connection is slow, Wi-Fi barely works, it often crashes, the view from the window is of a pipe. Don't waste your money and nerves on this terrible place.
