ไปพักมาช่วงปีใหม่ มาตรฐานตกลงมาก ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมาพักหลายครั้งและถึงโรงแรมจะเก่าแต่ก็น่าประทับใจ แต่ครั้งนี้เริ่มตั้งแต่ตอนเชคอินเข้าห้องก็คือไม่ประทับใจ เราจองไว้2ห้อง แม่บ้านลืมผ้าขี้ริ้วไว้บนหัวเตียงของห้องแรก พอโทรบอกทาง Front desk ก็ได้รับคำตอบว่าขออภัยค่ะ จะให้แม่บ้านมาเก็บ พอแม่บ้านมาเก็บก็หัวเราะ เข้ามาหยิบผ้าและจากไป โดยที่เราก็ไม่รู้ว่าผ้านั้นสกปรกไหมอะไรยังไง แต่ความประทับใจติดลบแล้ว ทีวีของห้องที่สองก็พังอีก วันต่อมาแม่บ้านก็ลืมผ้าขี้ริ้วไว้ในห้องที่สองด้วย และไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนเลยทั้งสามคืน ทั้งๆที่วางแผ่นไม้ที่ให้เปลี่ยนผ้าปูไว้บนเตียงแล้ว (ที่รู้เพราะผ้าปูขาดเป็นรู ผ้าห่มมีรอยเปื้อนตั้งแต่เข้าพัก และรอยกับผ้าปูขาดๆยังอยู่จนวันสุดท้าย) ผ้าเช็ดผมและผ้าผืนเล็กก็ไม่ได้วางไว้ให้จนต้องโทรขอ อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างดูเก่าและโทรมมาก ผิดหวังกับการไปพักผ่อนครั้งนี้มากค่ะ ดีที่อาหารยังรสชาติดีและหาดสวย เข้าใจว่าปีใหม่คนเยอะแต่ความสะอาดแบบนี้กับระดับดาวและราคานี้คือแย่มากจริงๆค่ะ

ประสบการณ์แย่ที่สุด เว็ปไซต์โรงแรมโฆษณาว่าห้องพัก premium sea view จะเห็นวิวอ่าวพัทยาและตอนโทรถามโรงแรมก็ยืนยันว่าทุกห้อง premium sea view จะเป็นวิวอ่าวพัทยาเช่นกัน แต่พอจองห้องพัก premium sea view ไปแล้วสำหรับคืนปีใหม่ด้วยราคาที่สูงมาก ห้องพักจริงที่ได้รับกลับเป็นวิวต้นไม้บังทะเลทั้งหมด ไม่เห็นทะเลแม้แต่น้อย สำหรับเราเรียก garden view เราทักท้วงพนักงานไป2รอบ แต่พนักงานreceptionยืนยันว่านี่คือห้อง premium sea view เลิกคบเครือนี้ตลอดชีวิต ไร้ความซื่อสัตย์และจริงใจต่อลูกค้าเหลือเกิน

A place where there is severe discrimination between countries. The location, amenities, swimming pool, etc.are satisfactory, but the staff are very irritating, especially the lady who cleans the room.

Great hotel. A little old but everything is still in good condition. Interior very nicely done. Maybe the hotel should be modernized again.

โรงแรมดูร่มรื่น เงียบและส่วนตัว สะอาดครับ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อน ที่พักก็ติดกับชายหาดลงไปเล่นน้ำได้เลยครับ

The breakfast is terrific. Everyone will find something here. Europeans, Chinese, Indians. I have never had a better breakfast in any other hotel in Thailand. The rooms are very clean. The bed linen and towels are hygienic, but I still don't like the carpet in the rooms. The staff is very very friendly.

ข้อเสีย​
1. รอบนี้ได้ห้องพักชั้น7อ่างอาบน้ำไม่สามารถเก็บน้ำได้ตั้งใจนอนแช่น้ำอุ่นไม่เกิน10นาทีน้ำไหลออกหมด​
2. บริเวณเพดานห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัวมีน้ำหยดลงมาขณะอาบน้ำอยู่ตลอด
3. ได้ห้องพักติดกับคนต่างชาติและเราพาลูกเล็ก10เดือนไปด้วย​ ตั้งใจพาลูกไปดูทะเลที่ระเบียงแต่ข้างห้องสูบกัญชากลิ่นเหม็นมากจนเราพาลูกออกไปเล่นที่ระเบียงไม่ได้เลยต้องปิดกระจกระเบียงตลอดจนเช็คเอาท์

Very pleasant stay: staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast very extensive and tasty. The rooms are clean and tidy.

เป็น รร. ที่ตั้งมานาน สถานที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ทำเลดี ติดทะเลใกล้ terminal 21 ห้องพักหรู อาหารอร่อย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ฟิตเนส ซาวน่า สระว่ายน้ำ ร้านอาหาร บริการ ดี

Had rooms where the aircons were not regulating, resulting in extremely cold rooms. Family got sick within the 1st 3 days. Had to finally insist on room changes on the final night as Engineering proved extremely incompetent.

Staff also lack basic knowledge of English. Chefs at breakfast could not understand what was required when I asked for over easy eggs on every occasion. Breakfast though was very well worth its value as it had an extended variety of options and quality was top notch.

Barbeque dinner was a little disappointing as none of the seafood grilled was either premarinated or grilled with any sauce or condiments.

We stay 8 nights in this hotel and we love it. Our room was really spacious. However I have couple of things that I think I need to mention: very noisy aircon even running on the lowest fan speed, and the bed was too hard for our licking otherwise facilities very good this including the swimming pool.one of the highlights of the stay was breakfast. Every morning we had new menu (only the egg station was offering the same, but this is normal)
Local cuisine was just amazing.we are not big breakfast eaters, however we have tried to sample everything. Looking forward to stay in this chain of hotels next time I have opportunities.

Good place for relaxation. Nice staff and good service. Delicious breakfast. Location near the town centre and night walking street.

Facilities were good (has two pools), staff was great. Rooms were great too. Overall a good experience

Elegant service, Thai antique atmosphere. This hotel location is just belong to beach instead most other hotels location have to walk across the street to go to beach. Food also good. Parking also convenient. 3 large swimming pools.

Lovely place to spend leisure time. It is very relaxing place along with many adventures to perform.

It is a nice and spacious hotel. However the rooms aren't very big but that is not much of a problem as the amenities are good. My room had a view to the beach and I could see the Pattaya City sign from my balcony. This place has a close proximity to the market. Scooters are easily available from the market.
The staff is nice and polite. I liked the location of the place.

Slightly run down buildings with soulless restaurants, mediocre staff, and lacking in any real atmosphere. Absolutely NOT deserving of the five stars it claims. On a side note, and not the hotels fault, but if you prefer a vacation without kids, then do not choose this hotel. Primarily family and many children at this resort. There will be no repeat visit here.

It's supposed to be a five star, but they never remember me. No complimentary snack or fruit in the room. Great location, comfortable room. Three Star service.
