Great service. Tasty pizza. They cook in the oven in front of you. It's comfortable to sit both outside and inside.

International food restaurant, with a wood oven. The pizzas are very good. Happy hour in beer 2x1. Very attentive service. Everything clean and in order. Recommendable.

Lovely place. Beautiful, big, open air conditioned bar in the middle of the madness that is Pattaya.

Wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. Food was good and the beer was cold and plentiful.

Recommend it for a good meal and a break from the crazy and indeed a decent bathroom which is always nice.

Eaten by mosquitoes. Sat inside for the Sunday buffet and got bitten so many times. There is no excuse for businesses like this not sraying for pests.

Cool pub where we could have some beers and play some pool! We came during happy hour, which means buy 1 drink, get 1 free. We only went for drinks, so the cost will be higher if you come for dinner.

Used the eatigo offer of 50% which was good value but it can be used only on food and only for specific timings. Overall good food and service.

This was a great bar and restaurant where I was happy to pay the premium due to the quality of service and food. Now there is no service and I do mean no bar staff at all as they are busy serving the couple of customers. Food quality has gone down and is no better than cheaper alternatives.
Sas to see, but this can happen; a good place goes bad. For an alternative, check out robin hood, across the road

Nice place, more western prices, but do have Sunday roast dinners too! Food was fresh and very good. Irish coffee was like dessert! Close to everything and tellys to watch games. Service was good, just took a lil bit, but hey, all we got is time here!

Food was good service was ok but really I was not impressed finding there was no wheelchair accessible entrance even though it said there is on their website. No disabled toilets either

Where was the Irish dishes
Used to have good ones years ago. All long gone. Same as the beer long gone. No wonder it only as a few in at 9pm on a Saturday night. Can get the same food and beer in a 1000s places in Pattaya

I recently visited Pattaya to celebrate my 60th birthday at Diceys and i must say what a wonderful birthday party i had at Diceys.
I would like to thank and compliment Miss. Pudam, manageress of Avani for organising it, so professional, Mr. Tony, service manager of. Diceys and his team/Keng /Danan /Kate and Chef and his team for a wonderful meal. Also Teddyband from Bangkok who kept guests entertained all evening.
Highly Recommend Diceys. Very slick outfit.

Really good burger. Ribs average. Service slow tables left with dinner plates for 40. Almost Impossible to get service. Staff need training on how to pour Guinness. Mangers o draft was good.

This bar is located 8n the near vicinity of the Avani 5 Star Hotel.
Pizza was good as well as the fries.
I was just here during day time, so I can't say anything about the bar itself.
Only 4 Stars because of the high price.

It is a shame Pattaya is so quiet. My dinner tonight at Dicey Riley’s was outstanding. Great to have the Australian open on most of the TV’s. Started with ice cold cider. They did not disappoint. I had the seafood chowder. Brought back memories of great chowder in Washington state. Hot bread. For my main… went with the fish and chips. Also fresh battered. Crispy, not soggy. If you are a local or visiting, this is worth the visit. Sorry I polished off the chowder before I caught a pic.

Disappointing!
I ordered a Chicken Caesar's Salad, cheese on the side. Then asked if the chicken was warm. If so, not dry, pleases.
It came with the cheese on it, and a side of cheese. Yes, forgivable I guess. But the chicken was sliced from a prepackaged chicken breast, the ones that you would make sandwiches from. Dry, and tough! The dressing was bottled, and a bad brand. Topped two very dry chunks of a garlic toast of some kind.
I have to say, PASS!
There are so many better restaurants, yards away.

Reviews need to change over time. Mine is no different. I previously gave Dicey 5 stars but based on today's experience have dropped to 2 stars. Yes times are difficult but they're doing themselves a disservice by offering poor quality food.

Sitting outside in the fresh air is still lovely. Service is still good but that cannot make up for very ordinary food.

Seriously disappointed.

I updated my review. This place is amazing and my go to place for excellent food at a reasonable price. The service is fast and efficient and the place is well appointed. When I have a special occasion meal on tap, I have it here.

Had the ribs. Disappointed. They were tough. The meat should be falling off the bone. In this case, even a knife could not separate it. The place was warm and had a lot of mosquito.
