Centara Nova Hotel & Spa Pattaya

The location is a bit inside the streets and far away from the beach. Rooms are pretty old. There was a power cut in the midnight and the hotel did not have power backup for almost 4-5 hours. It was a nightmare for children spending the night without power. Feel cheated that such a chain of hotels don't have basic facilities for the customers. When asked at the reception, they keep quiet. Make my trip has tie up with this hotel and by default all its Thailand packages will include this hotel. Don't dare to book this hotel.

Nice and quite hotel located next to 7E and other shops which conveninetly reached by a walking distance. It only approximately 1-2km away from the nearest mosque Darul Ibadah (1.2km) and Toatillah (2km), where you can found halal restaurant (Amir Stake House) with local delicasies.

Rooms were good, service is good but it's far from the beach if you are looking for the beach property don't go for this. They do have a Indian restaurant Infront but it's not good. So if you are planning to rent a scooter or you hv booked yours tours then yes you can stay here. The plus point for me was the "Poha" in breakfast. As I was continually travelling from 15 days feeling home sick, do felt good to see the Poha though it wasn't tasty. It's was good with flavors but needed some more steam. It was hard. If You are reading my review please tell your chef to steam the Poha for some more time to make it more soft. Overall the experience was good. The guy at the reception was a very nice man.

It was around 2018 July. It was my and my family's first time in Thailand. We came in for Vacations. Our trip planner specifically suggested us Centara Nova. When we arrived to the Hotel. The staff greeted my family with a smile. And they let us check in prior to the check-in time. Which is great. Their room, and room service and the complimentary Breakfast was icing on the cake. If I ever get a chance to go to Thailand and specially Pattaya, I would definitely book my room in Centara Nova.

Good customer service, good room service with a cake to my room smiley and bubbly staffs. Clean rooms, nice refreshing breakfast outside. Great gym and everything you want is soo close by to this hotel. Pattaya beach. Pattaya walking street and most good malls are all closeby. With good indian restaraunts

Cash machine, 711 store, taxi services always available. What else do i need.

Nice good value hotel within a good location.

ชอบที่ห้องสะอาดและราคาไม่แพงค่ะ ตอนนี้ช่วงโปรคือถูกมากกกกกก อยากขนเพื่อนมานอนเล่นอีก ด้านนอกโรงแรมสวยและมีที่ให้นั่งพักผ่อนรับลมเยอะดี อาหารหลากหลายและอร่อย พนักงานสุภาพและให้คำแนะนำดี ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยใช้ได้ (แต่ถ้าช่วงนี้ถือว่าสวยเกินราคาไปมาก เพราะลดเยอะมากๆๆๆ แทบจะนอนฟรี 5555555)

สรุปโดยรวมคือชอบค่ะ จะหาโอกาสมาพักอีกแน่นอน ^^

價格便宜，位置便利，徒步到沿海路約12分鐘，雖然不是全新飯店，但乾淨舒適，CP值很高，非常好的住宿體驗！

The price is cheap and the location is convenient. It is about 12 minutes on foot to the coastal road. Although it is not a new hotel, it is clean and comfortable. The CP value is very high and the accommodation experience is very good!

ชอบบรรยากาศของโรงแรมมาก สวยดี ห้องพักก็ดูดีแถมราคายังไม่แพงด้วย พนักงานก็มีservice mildที่ดีเลย ยิ้มแย้มพูดจาดี ที่สำคัญอาหารอร่อย Happyมากๆ ถ้าไปเที่ยวอีกก็จะเลือกใช่บริการที่นี่อีกแน่นอน ^^

Excellent Service check in very smoth. Staff very nice swimming pool is good. Fe is very hands on from the restaurant she is always around she make it sure everything is okay. No problem she cant solve. Again we thank you to all the staff for the hospitality you make our stay memorable.

Nice hotel, ​ Nice​ swimming​​ pool staff​ friendly and helpful. ​ Only 15​​ min walk to the​ beach. ​ And ​l will be back!

Lovely hotel - good breakfast choice and all staff are friendly especially Nat and Ann. It was my sons birthday on the day we arrived and they gave him a cake with candles and a happy birthday banner in his room. There is a regular free shuttle bus to central marina and central festival. Pool is good but need more umbrellas. Second time staying here and would stay again
Family mart. Local food stalls, currency exchange, indian restaurant and thai restaurant opposite and Big C within walking distance.
