Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya

Wonderful beach resort for a family getaway. There is enough and more activities for every family member. The service is commendable. Wide spread breakfast buffet and Longue access for club room occupants is something which stands out from other resorts.

Great water park and great rooms, relaxing and fun lol.the breakfast is not bad as well.perfect place to stay when you are having summer holiday

A good hotel, especially for a family holiday with children, very good infrastructure for children, a great swimming pool and entertainment for children, views of the sea and rooms from the side bomb

All rooms have ocean views and the water park makes it an attractive hotel for families to enjoy.

ห้องพักมาตรฐานลดลงกว่าเดิมเยอะมาก. ห้องราคาสูงขึ้น แต่มาตรฐานในห้องพักลดมาเยอะ ลิฟท์ที่เคยจำกัดเฉพาะแขกที่พัก กลับปล่อยให้ใครก็ได้กดขึ้นไปได้โดยง่าย ทีวีห้องแพงก็ดูเก่าใช้งานยาก. // โชคดีที่มีพนักงานบริการดีมากน่ารักเหมือนเดิมทำให้มองข้ามเรื่องจุกจิกใจไปได้พอสมควร.

Everything is good except the facilities are a bit old.
The water play facilities are also good.
Breakfast is also good value for money.

แฟนไม่ชอบ เหลือเวอร์เชอร์อีกใบ แฟนให้ขายทิ้งเลย

ปล. เราไม่มีลูก เลยไม่อินกับรร. แบบนี้มั้ง คนมีลูกหรือมีเด็กไปด้วยอาจจะชอบ ไม่ฟิน ไม่ชิลล์ มีแต่ความวุ่นวาย คนเล่นน้ำเยอะเกิ๊น

The price of the hotel is expensive and they take extra charge on things that other hotels with the same price and quality font take like kayak, billiard and etc

Room and facility are great (some minor issue but manageble)
Breakfast is great BUT the dinner is BAD! It was so dreadful that I doubt how come they have this big gap is food quality.
Recommend the hotel but AVOID the dinner at all costs.

Especially, the restaurant “Coast” with yummy food and all staffs Jubjang, the waitress here, is super sweet. We got great surprise for the birthday chocolate cake too.

The room is very big and the view to the sea is spectacular. Service and food were absolutely amazing. The menu of the restaurant is very big, including pizzas, hot dogs to Indian, Chinese and Thai food. Also, the staff is very friendly, attentive and fast. Definitely a good place for eating!

Great place for spending your special holiday. The hotel is fantastic especially the water park. The restaurant "COAST" is gorgeous and the staffs are so kind. I very much enjoy my dinner. Thanks for the cake and my special day.

The suite I stayed in was large and well planned out but needs renovation as everything is getting really tatty. There are lots of amenities in the room (sadly no coffee machine though) but these were not replenished every day.
The service ranges from excellent to just okay: some of the staff here obviously hate their jobs and are counting down the hours before they can clock out while others actively greet you and ask how you are.
The guest is certainly at the mercy of the hotel staff and while the guest needs to be prompt and follow the hotel rules, the staff can take their time and do as they please. For example, the breakfast closes promptly closes at 11am (it actually closes about 15 minutes earlier) and the main pool closes just before the advertised 8pm. However, when it comes to service they are less prompt- be it waiting for room service, checking in or checking out, or bringing up the amenities they forgot to replenish. It is the same with the covid restrictions. While the guest has to have their temperature checked, sanitise hands, wear gloves at the buffet etc.the staff aren't sanitising the pool towel card between guests, they don't socially distance, and they are not sanitising the pool loungers (even though there are posters saying they do all of this). In short, strict rules for the guests, relaxed rules for the hotel.
Like the staff, the food ranges from excellent (at Coast Restaurant) to very cheap and nasty (Oasis Restaurant). The breakfast is especially poor with its frankfurter sausages and random leftovers. The pool facilities are extensive and you can choose to either have a more fun swim down the Lazy River or something more relaxing in the main pool. There are lots of areas to find a quiet spot to relax in and the (unsanitised) pool loungers are very comfortable. The pool area is, however, very strict: you are only allowed one pool towel at a time and you may also not consume any of your own food or drinks, even your own water. If you break their rules, you will be punished with fines!
If this hotel were to be judged as a family and conference hotel, it would get 4.5 stars. If judged in the luxury category, it would get 4 stars.
Something that is indicative of this hotel is how all the management responses are the same message, " Your feedback is very important to us as we strive for continuous improvements. We have noted your comments to ensure we continue to improve and achieve the highest standards. " This shows that they aren't listening to the customer and this why guest complaints are repeated over and over. To me, this means this hotel won't be getting any better so if you want to visit, take heed of these reviews.

Good view, really nice and big pool. Perfect for kids, they gonna love it. Breakfast is pretty good.

การบริการ การบริหารจัดการระดับ 5ดาวค่ะ แต่ขอหัก 1คะแนน ช่วงที่มามี Sunday Brunch ให้ผู้ที้ไม่ได้พัก รร มาเล่นสวนน้ำพร้อมอาหารวันอาทิตย์ เราไม่ลงไปข้างล่าง รร เลยค่ะ คนเยอะมากกกกกกกกที่สวนน้ำ วันต่อมาถึงลงเล่นน้ำค่ะ

สวนน้ำที่นี่ดี เด็กๆี่ไปชอบ แต่ที่นอนกับหมอนนอนปวดหลังเพราะเป็นหลุม ดีที่คืนที่สองบอกแม่บ้านๆหาท้อปมาปูเพิ่มให้ ไลน์บุฟเฟท์ตอนกลางคืนเหมือนลดอาหารลง ไปหาข้างนอกกินดีกว่าสำหรับราคาเท่านี้
