Cafe des Amis

Had an absolutely amazing meal last night. Food incredible, staff warm, welcoming and professional and a super atmosphere. Especially love the colonial style bar. We were made to feel very special and our wedding anniversary was acknowledged with rose petals on the table and a lovely card. Definitely the best restaurant in Pattaya.

This was a 5 star experience. We visited on NYE and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The waitresses were attentive and the chef and owner came to greet us at our tables. Small things like this make the dining experience that much better. I highly recommend the wagyu tortellini. It was my favorite dish of the night!

The service and environment is good but the food is not worth the price. I regret coming to this restaurant. I ordered Japanese beef but it is like a piece of u s beef brought from supermarket. The quality is not that good. My wife and I go with my 2 kids to this restaurant. We did not order any wine but the bill is over $13000 batt. If the food was nice I have no complaint but it was not. To be fair the service is good and the waiter and waitress always smile at us

We arrived midweek about 7 pm without reservations and were fortunate to secure a table. The service from start to finish was wonderful. We ordered the three-course set menu, selecting the Australian Beef Fillet, and each course was excellent. The standout was the Duck Ravioli with Fresh Dark Truffle—absolutely amazing! I would definitely return and highly recommend this fine dining experience. As a delightful gesture, they even treated us to a complimentary drink. Thank you to all at Cafe des Amis, who made our night unforgettable.

Place is nice, food is good, service is good. Wine by glass could be better. However, struggled to not give 3 stars only, as if you don’t sit inside, you are literally in a pub environment full of cigarette smoke. In 10yrs I live in Asia, I have never experience even 10x cheaper and ordinary restaurants having that issue.

Here, in a sort of fine dining restaurant, it blew my mind that I was constantly breathing cigaret smoke and after I returned home, cloths smelled like I was somewhere in a smelly club. For this reason, I wouldn’t come back bringing my gf. It really downgraded the experience.

This is the best restaurant in the Pattaya area by a long way, it never disappoints and is a great treat for a night out.

In my opinion this is the best fine dining restaurant in Pattaya. The service is very good, the ambiance is stylish and inviting, and the food is carefully prepared and portions are generous. Highly recommended.

Have been a regular customer at Cafe des Amis for more than 10 years and it’s still my absolute favourite top quality restaurant in Pattaya. Blu and Pia are fantastic hosts always super friendly and ready to make a recommendation, especially from their mind boggling number of choices of excellent Gins from around the world!

It’s always a great place to come and enjoy excellent food and friendly professional service by Khun Prasit and his team.

Excellent food and atmosphere! Disappointed with the restaurant manager asking us if we could change table for the coffee, to make it available for other guests. Definitely not appropriate and leaving an uncomfortable feeling.

Amazing. As a Thai, going to beach town reminds me of local seafood. I wanted to try something different, upon googling, this place seems great. So we gave it a try. And definitely enjoyed it. It is somewhat upscale but not too expensive.

Beef wellington was so good I'll probably come back next time I visit Pattaya

Eines der 3 besten Restaurants hier in Pattaya und das seit Jahren. Sehr gutes Essen, super Team und angenehmes Ambiente. Wir schätzen das sehr und kommen deshalb immer wieder zurück ins Cafe des Amis.

Very charming place for high end dining. Classy food, whatever we tried over our few visits, was always delicious, but not too wierd, somewhat a balance between fine dining and comfort food. The bggest choice of gin i seen in my life and overal drink list is suuper long. We even bought a bottle to take home on the last visit. Sitting choice inside and outside. Place is not cheap, be prepared to spend 6000-8000 baht (200-300$) per couple for dinner and moderate drinks. Service is impeccable, i was watching waiters at the other tables as a dance

Absolutely amazing Food, Drinks and Service. We went to Cafe des Amis multiple times and always were impressed. Highly recommend if you are looking for great food.

Just back from CDA. This place has it all. Attractive and attentive staff, classy decor, wonderful building and gardens, terrific food and wine, more gin than you could ever drink, Blu and Pia the perfectly complimentary owners. What doesn't look smart is either beautiful or beautiful and smart. Apparently some people can find fault but I am not one of them.
