Huge Buddha statue over Phuket. Easy to reach by rental car or taxi. Parking and entry free. IMPORTANT—> Knees and shoulders must be covered, but you can buy a scarf at the entrance (100 baht). Toilets and liquor stores are available. Watch out for the free-roaming monkeys, they like to grab into backpacks and bags.

You can see Pattaya beach.
There is a Buddha for each day of the week you were born on.
It's a very sacred place.
Tourists from and are coming to visit us by bus from early morning.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by stairs leading to the statues. The stair steps have low rises. So it is easy to climb. There are several statues in the area. And there is one big one in the middle. There are souvenir shops in the area.

The place is located on higher elevation. The back of it has good vantage point of Pattaya. It is also a good place to watch the sunset.

Good and calm place, I like the Buddha very much. The temple is maintained very well and clean

The best time to visit the Buddha Temple is in the evening. There is a very tall statue of a dragon in the stairs. A huge statue of Buddha is installed here. Which shows a different specialty in itself.

มีจุดให้ทำบุญหลายที่ ด้านหลังมีรอยพระพุทธบาทให้สักการะ และมีจุดชมวิวเมืองพัทยาด้วย

เดินทางมาสะดวก มาไหว้พระให้เกิดความสงบทางใจ มีพระประจำวันเกิดองค์ใหญ่ตั้งวางเรียงรายครบทุกวัน วิวสวย บรรยากาศดีมาก

บรรยากาศดีมาก วิวกว้างได้ทั่วเมือง มีพระอยู่หน้าทางขึ้นลงบันได มีพระประจำวันเกิด และอื่น ๆ ให้สักการะ แดดไม่ร้อนมาก เพราะไปช่วงเช้า ทีแรกกะว่าจะขึ้นไปเขาพระตำหนัก แต่หลง มาทางนี้แทน. ทำบุญเช้าก่อนไปเที่ยวต่อ สาธุ ๆ ๆ

อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามเขา สทร. เป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดชมวิวฝั่งหาดจอมเทียนที่สวยไม่แพ้ฝั่งอ่าวพัทยา ได้ทำบุญไหว้พระใหญ่และชมวิว ที่สำคัญไม่แออัดพลุกพล่าน และมีที่จอดรถเหลือเฟือมากมาย มาเที่ยวพัทยาครั้งใด หลังจากเที่ยวชมวิวฝั่งเขา สทร. แล้ว ลองแวะชมฝั่งเขาพระใหญ่ด้วย ได้ครบทุกบรรยากาศ

ได้มีโอกาสมากราบสักการะขอพรหลวงพ่อทันใจวัดพระใหญ่ สถานที่ร่มเย็นถ้าเดินขึ้นถึงข้างบน วิวสวย ครับ

วัดสร้างใหม่ พระพุทธรูปองค์ใหญ่ บันไดขึ้น สะดวก ด้านบนสามารถชมวิว ได้ พระองค์ใหญ่ เปิดให้เข้าชม 7: 00 น ถึง 19: 00 น ไม่เสียค่าเข้า จอดรถ ด้านล่างตรงทางขึ้น

เป็นอีกหนึ่งสถานที่ๆคนมักจะขึ้นไปกราบไหว้ขอพรค่ะ ด้านหลังองค์พระใหญ่ จะมีวิวให้ถ่ายรูปสวยงามมากค่ะ

Of course peace, solace and serenity may be found here but also amazing views of Pattaya and the surrounding area. I try to visit every time I visit Pattaya.

Well worth the visit and especially if you have someone to explain the different Buddha to you and lovely view of pattaya

On the very top of Pratumnak Hill, between Pattaya and Jomtien Beach, you can't fail to notice an enormous 18 metre tall Buddha popping up through the trees. This Big Buddha – the largest in the region – is the highlight of Wat Phra Yai, a temple built in the 1940s when Pattaya was nothing more than a fishing village.

ช่วงที่ไปคือปลายปี 64
ก่อนที่โควิดจะระบาดหนัก โชคดีที่ได้ไปก่อน
ช่วงนั้นเลยมีนักท่องเที่ยวไม่มากนัก

บนวัดมีพระพุทธรูปที่องค์ใหญ่ให้เราได้ไหว้สักการะ
และยังเป็นจุดชมวิวเมืองพัทยาอีกแห่งหนึ่ง
วิวสวยเลยละครับ
