Best Bella Pattaya

For the rooms 4 stars, as they are already a bit old. With a little upgrade they would be back.
Reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This affects the entire staff of the house.
The rooms are cleaned daily and water, towels, coffee/tea are available every day.
Since the hotel is very close to the water, many rooms have a great view of the sea, others of the well-kept pool area.
The pool area is very nicely located and is maintained there every day.
The fitness room also makes a good impression (haven't tried it yet)
Breakfast is included in the price and very varied with hot dishes, cold dishes such as bread, toppers, fruits, vegetables, etc.
In terms of overall hygiene, I can't really complain.
I am also very pleasantly surprised that there are no plastic bottles or plastic bags in the trash cans. So it's heading towards sustainability.
Parking spaces in front of the house and an underground car park.
There is also a ramp suitable for disabled people, an elevator and everything else in the hotel for wheelchair users and other disabilities.
It's my first time here and I can imagine I'll be happy to check in here again.

Superb hotel. My first time stay in this hotel. Will surely love to visit the hotel again Very friendly staff. The were also able to arrange the JAIN BREAKFAST for us. SPECIAL THANKS TO MEOW (I hope I spell the name correctly). She was the one who helped us with JAIN BREAKFAST.

Amazing view towards sea from our room. We will surely love to visit again.

In principle it is fine and corresponds to the reviews. The breakfast buffet was not convincing for me. Coffee machine out of order.

The room is chic, quiet, the staff is excellent, the breakfast is good, the room has a large Samsung TV, using SmartView, you can connect your Samsung smartphone to the TV and turn on music or watch videos and photos from your smartphone.

ประทับใจมากค่ะถ้าเทียบกับราคาห้องพักซีวิวที่จองได้ 1,052 บาท ห้องกว้าง เงียบสงบ ทีวีจอใหญ่และเป็นแบบ สมาร์ททีวีด้วย บริการดีมากค่ะ ขอตินิดเดียวค่ะ น้ำในห้องพักไม่ค่อยแรงค่ะ

I loved staying at this hotel for a week (sept1st-7th).

I canceled my trip, because ThaiVisa was suspended. After that I've tried to get promised refund 6 months. Nothing happens, even I've send them all that they want. They just don't want to pay.

Spent my 1day quarantine here. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food and drinks was delivered to the room. Room had balcony and sea view. Highly recommend for quarantine hotel.

I juste arrived in the hotel.
A taxi waited me in the airport, i did not wait for the taxi.
The taxi lady is very nice.
The persons work in the hotel are very nice also.
The bedroom with a big tv is good and the food also.
The sea is near, i can see on my balcony

This hotel would not give my moneys back, when i canceled. They promise but NOT.

We only stayed one night on a test n go reservation, located just down the street from the Terminal 21 mall, convenient. Older hotel but not in bad shape. 3 star hotel in my opinion, good for basic accommodations. Smart TV but you have to log into your own Netflix or Prime account to watch anything in English. Wifi in the room was good. Food provided for our 1 night quarantine was good, Thai and American style foods.

Nice place, nice view, nice staff, very good covid testing and taxi service. Food was ok but the spicy pork is so spicy it blew my head off

Very nice ALSQ hotel, nearly full, good food, clean room, smart TV 55" with internet Netflix YouTube.big Sky terrace for 1 hour walking, fantastic view on Pattaya beach and Phratamnak. Mask, physical distance, test, everything OK.
