Decent German bakery and breakfast place. The rolls weren't that good, but the croissant was nice, and the prices for bread and pastries are fair. But 65b for a can of coke is a bit pricey. A Leo beer was 70b.

Have now visited Backfabrik a couple of times, originally to buy a very tasty and fluffy 7 grain full-grain mix bread. The restaurant serves decently sized tasty dishes, the service is quick and friendly, the seating is comfortable, and the restaurant is airy and clean. I like it a lot.

The kitchen has deteriorated very much, I always took egg royal, today they brought it with a “watery” tasteless sauce, and either the fried potatoes were burnt, or fried in oil from a hundred years ago. I order an ice cappuccino without sugar, but they bring me a sweet one, and this is always the barista’s mistake, because the waitress remembers that it was supposed to be without sugar. Very disappointed with the quality of the food.

We eat our Breakfast Plus here from time to time. The coffee, baked goods, egg dishes and fried potatoes are delicious.

It's really very good and recommended.

The service staff is also extremely friendly and professional.

Prices are higher than in Europe, the level of service is low. I ordered a chocolate drink for a child, it was not possible to drink it, because taste was horrible. The child was very upset. To my request to replace the drink, the Thai staff replied that after payment, this is now my problem. There are sausages and other meat products with an expired shelf life on open storage conditions are violated (it should be 2-5 degrees Celsius, and the products are stored at +20 degrees!) All "German" sausages and meat products are made in Thailand using an unknown technology, expiration date I haven't found any expiration dates on any of the products. Real only canned food in a closed refrigerator. Never again will I come to this pseudo Germanic restaurant. Probably this place was good 3-5 years ago, but not now.

I like the idea behind the expat selling goods from their heritage and respect the products on offer. Maybe those are 5 star. However, the breakfast and coffee I had was only average and expensive for the outskirts of Jomtien Beach second road.

One of the best brunch option in town, the service is lovely and it's easy to park by car. The cafe serves sandwiches, smoothies, bagel etc. Best hangover cure

Consistently good and my go to breakfast place in Jomtien. Scandinavian breakfast is my regular.scrambled eggs and salmon juice tea or coffee basket of assorted breads butter jam honey.eggs royal thai food Scandinavian food shakes drinks beer etc.outside for smokers. Loads of different bread, made there and processed cured meats.

I can share nothing about this business. I have never been to this business no matter how many times you say l have and invite me to review.

We expected more! The ambiance is classic canteen. We missed the warm breakfast restaurant atmosphere. The food is rather low in quality and does defiantly not justify its price. Lot of things are premade. The good stuff is advertised for sales on higher pricing. What we got was the low quality replica. Example: German imported strawberry jam in a glass to buy. We got with our breakfast order some chemical strawberry gell. Why?
Overall I developed the feeling, it is more about business and entrepreneur thinking rather serving a real good German breakfast. Sorry, I will not come back.

First time to visit. I went for evening meal with some anticipation as the restaurant had been recomended. I ordered the pork strips in.mushroom cream sauce. The pork was so tough I gave up trying to eat my meal. I explained why I left my food but to no avail. Disappointed.

I was surprised that the big coldcut plate and bread basket was so small, usually at German restaurants you get A LOT. And a normal cup of tea 65 isn't really a good price. Other from that the food was good

Very very good place to eat. They have really paid attention to detail throughout here even the toilets are spotless and gender neutral.

Simply a lovely place, breakfast is a great meal to start with! Prices are good and lots of healthy options are available yogurt with different options!
Additionally they have a full bakery to take the time to buy a few rolls or just some good German bread for the road!

Owner is customer service oriented. Always had great service and excellent bakery goods. They also serve breakfast and I enjoyed the hot cakes the most. They will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. For example, I had fresh jalapeno peppers and I wanted them roasted for my home made salsa. I asked him if he could do it and it was no problem. All you have to do is ask.

A great breakfast place and bakery with a good variety of food with very high quality ingredients at a very reasonable price, and good service. One of the best spots for breakfast in Pattaya!

We went there for breakfast. The bread, sausages and eggs are delicious. The egg Benedict is so.so. One drawback of this place that it is too warm inside, particularly on hot summer days to the point that it gets uncomfortable having breakfast in there.

Great breakfast everything fresh. Good and fast staff. Best bread of pattaya. Only bit expensive for Thailand but if you are a big eater this is the place to be (this breakfast was 269 baht) $$ (price up 30b since my last visit)

Not only does Back-Fabrik sell German pastries, bread and buns at great prices, they also have a fridge stacked with rare-to-find import goods and a variety of German sausages. The place seems particularly popular in the morning when they serve from a menu of mostly German specialties. I also recommend their English breakfast.
