ห้องพักสไตล์ลอฟท์ ดิบๆ ไม่เน้นหรูหรา ที่จอดรถเยอะดีครับ แต่เสียตรงที่รถกรุ๊ปทัวร์มาจอดเกือบทั้งคืนอาจจะเสียงดังหน่อย แต่เหมาะสมกับราคาห้องพักดีครับไม่แพง

Rooms are ok but the people are not at all Cooperative, even they Don't know how to behave! Very much disappointed and i will never recommend anyone to visit this place. Also there is no complementary breakfast and more than one kilometer from the Beach!

The location of the hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Bali Hai Pier. We went there by pick up taxi that cost us 200 Baht one way.

We went there around 12 so we can't check in yet. We were a little bit disappointed because when we booked the hotel, we chose the early check in but unfortunately the hotel only allowed us to check in at 2 pm.

Luckily theh have the small place for us to put our bag so we can go out to 711 to grab some snacks.

Around 1.40 pm another group of guests is coming and they check in first while we were waiting there early before. The staffs didn't inform us that we can't check in already and let the others guest check in first.

For me it was really annoying.

We need to have 500 Baht deposit.

Our room was on 5th floor. The hotel has the lift so it was not a problem.

We have a little balcony which is good.

The room has unique style. The hotel also provides hairdryer in every room.

But when we were there, they didn't provide the toilet paper. We called the receptionist and 2 hours later the Cleaning Service lady came. They knocked our room. I was just finish showring and my husband was sleeping. But they suddenly opened my door which was really unappropiate.

I was like WTF.

Moving on to the next day, we had our breakfast. The restaurant is not that big but not many people there. Only 1 group that is leaving when we were coming. So basically we wete the only one there eating. The restaurant is facing the pool.

The buffet was pretty basic, white rice, fried rice, vegetables, sausage, eggs, toast, soup, porrige, tea, coffee, orange juice, water, and watermelon. The food tasted okay.

The room itself is not having sound privacy. Around 5 am we can hear our neighboor just back to the room bring the girl and the girl was moaning really loud. But it was ending after 15-30 minutes and the girl was leaving.

Well.overall we think that the room is okay. Walking distance to walking street. Not to close and not to far.

We suggest that the management team should pay more attention to the maintenance of the building (for example the toilet filter, and the toilet itself) and also train the staffs so they can at least understand bacis English.
We are not the native speaker but we think if you are working in hospitality and tourism, English is a must. Especially when this hotel has so many brances in thailand.
Try to put once a week training to improve the quality of human resources.
