Fantastic large clean rooms and very cheap. The laundry service is very good as well!

A scam.
Entered with a monthly price + 1 month deposit.
At the end of the month I was suddenly told that the electricity and water were not included in the original monthly rent.
If you can conceive that a month's bills of light and water in Thailand are equal to a month's rent.then I guess she thinks we are super stupid.
I didn't get any deposit back.
So I ended paying double the price.
I would have gone directly to the police but my flight was the next day.
The "Landlady" ran away on her scooter when I tried to get some clarity.
The apartment is a long way from the beach and on a noisy highway.
Don't go there!
