A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel

This hotel looks like a cruise ship in the middle of the hustling bustling city by the beach. The suite room is really huge and spacious.

The overall hotel is a bit old, and there may be some problems in the management. For example, the room was full of dust when you checked in, there were clumps of cotton on the floor, there were obvious water marks in some parts of the toilet, and the equipment was old.

If you expect the hotel to be novel and clean, you can give it more thought.

But the price is also cheap, so it’s still a hotel that I can stay in.

And after notifying them of the neatness problem, they can also immediately send someone to clean it up. Overall, the experience is okay.

Comfortable room.friendly service.breakfast has tom yum which is great. To get to the beach, just cross, unfortunately it's only one night

The lobby was renovated but full of mosquitoes. Other than the lobby and the pool, everything is old and needs to be renovated.

Food was just okay. Breakfast buffet was boring and no bacon.

We stayed in October 2023 and the renovation still not finished yet so there were loud machine/banging noise during daytime. It's super annoying tho to walk to the beach, especially when Fat Coco is closed.

Bed was so damn high and too soft for me it hurt my back. Bathroom floor kinda slippery when wet. Balcony looked real dirty.

Staff was not very helpful.

ห้องพักมาตรฐานเริ่มต้นมันเป็นห้องคอนเนค ฉะนั้นห้องข้างๆพูดอะไรทำอะไร คือได้ยินหมด ถ้ามาเพื่อพักผ่อน ไม่แนะนำเลยค่ะ แต่ถ้ามาตะลุยเที่ยว ไม่ค่อยอยู่ห้อง กลับดึก อันนี้แนะนำจ้า ที่ตอดรถค่อนข้างมีน้อยจะมีให้2-3 จุด ทั้งหมดที่ขึ้นต้นด้วย A-One คือ ที่เดียวกันหมด แค่ว่าอยู่ตึกไหน ปัจจุบันตอนนี้ มีคิดส์คลับแล้วค่ะ

ห้องสกปรกมาก ใต้เตียงขาวโพนฝุ่นเยอะมาก เพราะลูกจามบ่อยมาก นึกว่าเป็นที่แอร์พอมาเห็นฝุ่นใต้เตียง โอ้มายก๊อดเลย และฝุ่นหลังไมโครเวฟเหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาดเลยเป็นปีๆเป็นขาวโพนเป็นฝุ่นก้อนเลย ซากขนมใต้โต๊ะผ่านมา3 วันพนักงานก็ไม่ทำความสะอาด จนเช็คเอ็าท์
เรื่องอาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมีอาหารหลากหลาย
ก๋วยเตี๋ยวรสชาติน้ำเปล่าชัดๆ อาหารรสชาติจืดชืดมากกกก ผ้าเช็ดตัวของโรงแรมเก่ามากกก ขาดด้วย
ดีอย่างเดียวคือทำเลที่ตั้ง
งงตั้งแต่มาCheck -in เลย พนักงาน Front Desk ถามเราว่า จองตึกไหนครับ ทั้งๆที่เราให้พาสปอร์ตสามีเลย ชื่อตามพาสปอร์ต มันต้องขึ้นในระบบแล้วว่า ลูกค้าชื่อนี้ นามสกุลนี้ จองห้องแบบไหน ราคาเท่าไหร่ พักกี่คืน เพราะเราก็เคยทำงานโรงแรมเป็น Front Desk เหมือนกัน คำถามนี้พนักงานต้องรู้ดีกว่าลูกค้า
สรุปดีอย่างเดียวคือทำเล อย่างอื่น1 ดาว

Unfortunately, a major construction site without informing about it, unfortunately so loud at the pool that even the loud music is drowned out. Good size family room, but also really getting old. Very good location. Unfortunately very Asian breakfast, it was difficult to find something.
Price performance therefore not justified.

Was expecting something nicer. The service was awful at the front desk. Not well managed. It seems to be running on paper notes by some teenage girls.
I guess if you’re coming here with family to enjoy the pool it’s ok. But as a couple, the pool was barely enjoyable with all the kids playing around.

Nice hotel. LOTS of stairs. Not ideal if you struggle with your leg power! The flamingo pool was by far the highlight of our trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool party there. Our room was fine, nothing majorly special. Breakfast wasn't great, however we can be picky at times!

It's a nice facility and the staff does the best they can. I was a bit upset that I couldn't find parking but it was a busy weekend. For the price I got I would consider staying here again.

Went to a three day conference here. Hotel wise it’s nice, clean and attentive service. It has an odd layout, a ship/boat theme. Excellent gym and pool. I was impressed with the clarity of the salt water pool.

Great hotel, even greater location. Very well appointed rooms and good service. Gives you a feeling of being inside a cruise ship.

Location is perfect, Breakfast is delicious with Many choices. Room is clean and well maintained. Id stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very good hotel. Very polite management staff. Immediately upgraded our rooms and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would like too visit this again.

Absolutely lovely and perfect location Loved being there, the staff was courteous and friendly.

Nice place, clean a bit odd with a lot of steps. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Guy that calls the lift is a star

Put up the cleaning sign since 12: 00 came back 6: 00 pm and room not done! Had to call them to come make the room! When they came they didn’t replenish our toiletries, coffee and tea? Probably thought we hid it in our bags!

Great hotel with a great location, has a gym, pool and a lavish breakfast spread. Would definitely visit again.
