I asked the girl at the checkout at 7-11 to top up the balance of my mobile phone number for 200 baht, but they sold me an Internet package for 200 baht. I was refused to cancel the operation or to resolve the problem in some way.
At the same time, I asked to talk to the store administrator or fill out a complaint form. They ignored all my requests and pretended that they did not understand English.
