ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ติดริมหาดเดินข้ามฝั่งไป20เมตร แต่เสียดายเรื่องที่จอดรถอยู่ไกลและลึกมาก

Nice quiet hotel. We were here in October 2023. The staff is kind and polite. The rooms are basically in order, cleaned every day. Breakfast in the morning is a little monotonous, consisting of three types of scrambled eggs, but it’s fine until you get the hang of it. Across the road is the beach, when the waves are a bit dirty, but you can swim. When the tide is low the beach is very clean. Tops Daily is nearby where you can buy water and groceries. In general, not bad.

ไม่ดี ไม่แนะนำให้มา ห้องเก่ามากกก ปลั๊กมีน้อย เหม็นกลิ่นอับ แต่พนักงานบริการดี คืนละพัน จะได้ไม่ดีขนาดนี้เลยหรอ นี่ขนาดหนีจากซอยข้างในมา เพราะมันแย่ ไม่คิดว่าจะเจอที่แย่กว่า ห้องที่ย้ายหนีมาดูดีไปเลย แต่ก็ผิดที่เราเองที่ไม่ขอดูห้องก่อน ลิฟต์ก็เหม็น ไม่ดีเลยสักอย่าง

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมากๆ เดินข้ามถนนไปคือชายหาด มีที่นั่งเตียงผ้าใบให้เช่าตัวละ 50 บ. พร้อมเครื่องดื่ม และอาหารแถวโรงแรมมีร้านตามสั่ง มินิมาร์ท ตลาด ของกินสตรีทฟู้ดส์ เยอะมากๆ

ที่พักสะอาด ตกแต่งดี ราคาเหมาะสม แอร์ดังไปหน่อยแต่ก็โอเค ที่จอดรถต้องเข้าซอยไป 200 ม. หรือถ้าด้านข้าง, ด้านหน้าว่างก็จอดได้ค่ะ

หากต้องการพักผ่อน ห้องซีวิวจะมีเสียงรอบนอกไปบ้าง แต่ก็เสน่ห์เมืองพัทยา รวมๆ คือดีค่ะ

The best thing is it's next to the beach with baht buses (Thai very cheap taxis) going by every few minutes. Pleasant staff. I chose a room at the back with no sea view. There is a road between the hotel and the beach. Also, Thais have a habit of parking next to the beach and playing music loud enough to shame a club until quite late. There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby and (mostly) quiet bars.

ถ้าโรงแรมทำความสะอาดดีกว่านี้จะถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมดีแห่งหนึ่งเลยค่ะแต่ไม่ไหวห้องสกปรกมากฝุ่นทั้งห้องเหมือนไม่ได้ถูห้องเลย พื้นห้องมีแต่เศษทรายกับเศษผม หน้าห้องตามทางเดินก็มีจะเป็นสายฝุ่นเศษทรายทั้งนั้นเลยเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด อุตส่าห์พยายามเลือกแล้วไม่นึกว่าจะเจอขนาดนี้ต้องมาเอาผ้าเช็ดเท้าปัดฝุ่นทั้งห้องรับไม่ค่อยไหวเลยค่ะ
มาครั้งเดียวคงพอ พนักงาน ตรงหน้าฟร้อนพูดจาดี

10 minutes overstay not possible. The receptionist tried to sell the room for 1300 baht. But it's in Agoda for 700 baht. Wonderful view on the neighboring wall when you look out of the window. Overpriced.

แต่ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีทรายบนพื้นห้อง ทั่วไปหมด ที่นอนก็ไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีความเก่า มีเม็ดทราย แอร์เก่าเสียงดังแต่ก็เย็น

หนีไป ห้องเล็ก แอร์​ไม่เย็น เหม็นกลิ่นเก่า ราคาไม่สมเหตุสมผล​ ทีวีจอนูน ควรเปลี่ยน ไม่มีที่จอดรถ บอกเลยครั้งเดียวเกินพอ

Nice beachfront spot to stay in Jomtien area. Good price, easy access location and nice staff. If you choose the sea-view room, please make you can sleep with some vehicle noises at night.

Its ok, but the TV reception is poor and the Farang price is twice the Thai price. My girlfriend told me she already had paid 500, the total she had told me for the 1 night we stayed. We had a late check-out 4PM the next day, at which time they charged me an additional 600 baht. The photos I included confirmed that this was Jomtien 12. If you are sincerely sorry, refund my credit card.

ที่พักติดหาดจอมเทียน แค่ข้ามถนนก็ลงหาดได้เลย เราเลือกห้องวิวทะเล เตียงสปริงนุ่มดี ห้องน้ำโอเค น้ำไหลแรง วิวดี เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน มีแฟมิลี่ใกล้ๆด้วย

Rooms are old, beds are sleep-able. Showers small. Balcony isn't anything special. It's good for a night or two if you're not planning on hanging out in your room too much

The hotel is ok maybe if u have sea view.back room no balconi THE BED IS TOO SMALL NO ELECTRIC OUTLETS NEAR THE BED! AND THAT THEIR SUPERIOR ROOM Toilet is very good.cant lock the window at my room 2nd fl which is bad.location is great.staff polite. 1000baht for that is too much.breakfast was so so

I just love the hotel. You can see and enjoy the beach from the balcony. The offer buffet breakfast with room booking. The service was also good. But the room at the back side of the hotel was little small with no balcony.

We had booked two rooms for the period 31 July - 4 August and from 10 August - 14 August 2019. The building is old, the rooms are worn out, the airco does not work properly and makes a lot of noise. The bathroom was not clean and filled with mold which is extremely bad for your health. The breakfast is extremely basic and if you ask for a fried egg sunny side up they come with a scrambled egg. Staff speaks poor English. Beach towels can be requested at the reception desk if somebody is there. Most of the time there is nobody at the reception desk so I had to use bath towels instead. When we asked to have the room two hours more due to leaving for the Netherlands they even requested that we have to pay for the additional hours. This hotel does not know what hospitality and service means. I definitely cannot recommend such a hotel with poor service. I do not expect the service of a five star hotel but a client should be treated well as a real customer.

โรงแรมขนาดกระทัดรัดริมหาดจอมเทียน พัทยา มีที่จอดรถริมถนนหน้า กับข้างโรงแรม ราคาเบาๆ มีอาหารเช้า สบายๆๆ ห้องนอนสะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองดี มีห้องนอน ทั้งแบบติดทะเล และแบบไม่ติดทะเล. ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักอิกแน่นอน
