Although it is not large, there are shopping streets such as Watsons and McDonald's.
There is a large supermarket. It is air-conditioned and large in size, so you can do most shopping.
In the evening, it is like a small night market selling food and props.

แย่มากคลีนิคนี้อย่าไปใช้บริการอีกนะเพราะว่ามีแต่จะขายคอร์สให้แต่ไม่ยอมพูดความจริงปิดบังถามร้อยไหมจมูกไหมยี่ห้ออะไรก็ไม่พูดถาม Botox ยี่ห้ออะไรก็ไม่ยอมให้เราดูเป็นตัวอย่างเพราะทางพยาบาลบอกไม่รู้หมอก็ไม่เก่งเราร้อยไหมมา 1 อาทิตย์ตรงสันจมูกเราหมอบอกว่าฉีดยาชาแต่เส้นใหม่มันยื่นออกมาตรงนั้นเราดึงไหมออกมาจากตรงสันจมูกที่หมอบอกว่าฉีดยาชาแต่มันไม่ใช่ดูเหมือนเส้นเอ็นที่เข้าใช้ตกปลาหรือว่าเราต้องไปร้องเรียนให้มันโดนปิดไปซะคลินิกนี้

Not as interesting as the Central Festival or Terminal 21. But there is a villa market, good cafes that are worth visiting. There is a clothing store for fat and tall men. Things are not branded and expensive, but they will come in handy if you need to quickly buy something from clothes. You shouldn't go there on purpose. But if you live nearby, you can go.

I was happy here for a while, I rate this place entirely on my mood so not much help guys sorry

Great Beers, very flavoursome, staff extremely friendly and well organised. Haven't tried the food yet, but I'll be going back.

ทำเลสะดวก จอดรถยากและที่จอดน้อย รปภ. ไม่เป็นมิตร ร้านอาหารคุณภาพไม่ผ่านเยอะ สะดวกที่มีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต ทางเข้าลำบากเพราะขุดท่อ มีสนง. ทำหนังสือเดิืนทางที่นี่เลย ทำให้ดูดีขึ้น ภาพรวมกึ่งๆ ร้าง กลางคืนมาเดินต้องระวัง ห้องนำ้ไม่ค่อยสะอาด เลี่ยงได้เลี่ยง

บริการดีอยู่นะ วันนั้นพาลูกไปทำพาส สำหรับเด็กอ่อนถือว่าดีมากๆค่ะ ทั้งอุปกรณ์ถ่ายรูป หมอน ผ้าห่ม ฉาก ต่างๆ สู้ชีวิตมากๆค่ะ?

When you happen to pass by here at night please make sure to drop by at the van bar, called "sam bar" just beside the mcdonalds.variety of drinks and cocktails the bar owner is friendly and accommodating with nice music to chill

First time I've been as wanted to visit mr DIY it's ok centre looks old compared to the other centres.some nice food stalls on ground floor and passport office upstairs which was busy

Virtually everything was closed. Overall in Pattaya the shutters were down and the place was like a ghost town. I feel sad for the businesses that have lost everything.

Visited the Singha bar on ground floor. A nice place for relaxing, but the prices for a beer is quite expensive

Went to the gym there. It is kinda expensive, but worth it. As for the mall, it is more of a strip mall, meaning, a bunch of stores, resturants, theatre, wine shop, pharmacy.etc. Good for specific items or just shopping.

Villa Market offers a brilliant pick-up service and great customer care - nothing is too much time or effort to get things running efficiently and effectively!

The Avenue is a shopping mall that has
never achieved success its owne planning
has turned shoppers away to many failed
businesses has left it depressingly bleak.
But it has ample parking for the multi screen
cinema a good Jim, and a supermarket that
is little more expensive but stocks many items not found elsewhere. A number of other
businesses are located on all near the centre.

Mr DIY is great for price and choice of products. Villa Market sell food products that are hard to get anywhere else.

Popped into Robin Hoods to have their friday special, it was fantastic. The restaurant is well worth a visit.

Lovely area but tired with many empty businesses. Enjoy fish eating the dead skin off your feet, foreign foods at Villa Market or an all-you-can-eat Sunday lunch option at Robin Hood Tavern who struggle to keep up with demand in economic downturns
