Been an MK customer for 20+ years.this is just a suggestion not really a complaint because I really love this company and restaurant. You might want want to send a training team down to remind wait staff and employees here at this branch (Central Festival Pattaya Beach) that they should speak politely even when the customers are children. I understand that it might be socially awkward for some adult employees to have to serve children who are dining alone but they are still customers and should be treated like adults.

Sub standard service to any customer whatever their age creates negative feelings and feedback towards the otherwise wonderful MK brand.

Seriously, don't go. When I ordered, it was very late, Seolwinaewol.the food didn't come out. It's complicated and hot.
There are many MKs elsewhere, so I recommend going elsewhere.

This is a Thai shabu-shabu franchise located on the 5th floor of the shopping mall. I added the desired ingredients to the clear soup and ate it deliciously.

I judge these corporate restaurants by branch and overall experience. MK is a staple family restaurant for Thailand and at this branch, the staff made a really great effort at meeting me and my family’s needs. The food was healthy and just what I needed at the moment. A great place for any roasted duck lover. The Kit Kat dessert they have currently, was an added bonus.

One of the best shabhu restaurant in thailand.
Meats are really fresh and clean. Dont forget to try roasted duck with green noodles.
Nothing more to say about this place as thos restaurant does not need any reviews because already very popular among tourist and locals.
