Could be a good hotel with very strange rules: (
The gym is not really a gym without dumbells: (
The gym and the pool opens very late at 8 AM: (
The breakfast is ok. The price with breakfast was also ok.
The rooms on the north sides are very dark and for me was cold, the hotel staff didnt want to help me to give a nice room on the other sunny side. They just follow their strange not guestfriendly rules: (I never visited any hotel before where they open the pool and the gym so late. They should not advertise the hotel with gym if they dont even have dumbells: (
I will 100% not recommend this hotel to other travellers.
The staff want to be kind but they dont really listen for the guest requests: (

The hotel is a little far away on the Beach Road built recently, everything is new very well designed. The swimming pool is very pleasant.

New hotel, clean but simple rooms. On the first day they did not give free drinking water, but on the second they did. Everything for the bathroom was available. Very quiet place. Walk before eating
10 minutes. The only thing that surprised me was the deposit, which was not mentioned at all on the booking account, 500 baht, but this is nonsense and an understandable measure for Pattaya.

Nice hotel. Better than expected. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower had strong pressure and heat. Needed to lower both, unlike many hotels.
Decent food on premises by 2nd floor pool.
Good helpful staff at counter, and keeping rooms clean.
I think new bath towels needed. Seem thin, not absorbent.
And be nice if TV had better reception and an English speaking channel.

The housekeeping ladies were very kind friendly and very helpful.the girl at check in was miserable and not very nice.breakfast was good but the coffee needs work.the room was very good with a nice view and bathtub.the pool was very nice also.overall a very nice hotel at a good price.thanks so much and see you again soon.

Top Tip in Jomtien, sehr neu, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, mit Pool und Bar, nicht weit weg vom Strand, super Preisleistung!

ห้องสวยค่ะ อุปกรณ์ครบครันดี ราคาไม่แรง มีมินิบาร์ ตอนโทรถามบอกมีเตียงเดี่ยวว่าง 1 ห้อง พอเข้าพักได้เตียงคู่ ขาดเรื่องความสะอาด ห้องน้ำยังมีเศษอะไรเต็มเลย พื้นห้องเดินจะรู้สึกซากๆเท้าค่ะ
โดยรวมพอรับได้กับราคาค่ะ ปรับเรื่องความสะอาดนิดหนึ่งจะดีมากๆเลยค่ะ

Spacious large room with pretty high tech room controls. All Led sensor touch switches even the light switches. Even in the toilet and mirror. Electronic safety box. Mini bar fully stocked. Even SangSem rum, potato chips, soda water, and instant noodles. These are not free.
Netscafe instant coffee and 2 small bottle water are included in hotel price.
Hotel breakfast is pretty good quality and very cheap. Fry eggs, Thai stirfry, steam rice, sausage, melo, pineapple, watermelon, juice, milk, cereal, and pancakes. Freshly made coffee is good.
This bf is only 150baht and 100 for kids.

In January, just before Chinese New Year, I stayed at the TJ hotel for two nights. I chose this hotel because of its excellent location, and the hotel's in-room amenities are far superior to the price. There is also a nice swimming pool at the hotel. It is highly recommended.

Clean and big rooms. Out of luck if you want to watch sport and English speaking channels on tv. Signs say it as sauna but not open

The good: mostly clean (exception, see below) and modern
The bad: the hose next to the toilet was covered with a disgusting light brown slime, possibly hadn't been cleaned for years.

Minor issues, but didn't affect the rating: wifi was about 15Mbps. You can buy a gigabit connection in this area for 700 THB/month, no excuse for this speed in 2021.

Every time you enter the room and insert your key card into the wall the TV comes on with a welcome page and annoying music. I'm sure literally nobody wants this.

Didn't eat in the hotel so no review of food.

ที่พักใหม่มาก เตียงใหญ่มาก บริการอาหารเช้าถึงห้อง สระน้ำกำลังดี มีฟิตเนส ชอบตรงกระจกห้องน้ำเปิดไฟได้

Door bell from the others room too loud. They ringing from 11pm~3am so annoying. But the hotel was so much good.

- ลิฟต์ ตอนแรกลิฟต์มาจากชั้น 1 ขึ้นมารับเราชั้น 4 ไฟอสดงว่าลิฟต์กำลังลง แต่ตัวลิฟต์ ขึ้นไปชั้น6 ซะงั้น คนที่ขึ้นมาคนละชั้นก็บ่น สงสัยต้องขึ้นทุกชั้นก่อน ค่อยลงชั้น1ได้
- สระว่ายน้ำ บางคนใส่เสื้อยืดลง ดูแล้วน่าจะบังคับเป็นชุดว่ายน้ำ ล้างตัวก้อนลงสระนะ
- เช็ดชู่ในห้องก็มีแค่ในห้องน้ำ มีอยู่นิดนึง น่าจะเหลือจากคนพักก่อนหน้านี้ขอเพิ่มก็เอาแบบแผ่นมาให้นิดนึง
