30 Room is very clean and new including the bathroom. There is water and small kitchen provided. Location is far from city but close to White Temple which was convenient.
I wanted to have a good experience but it was strange how we were asked for key deposit and refused a check-in even though the room was ready. We have been to countless homestays, hostels, hotels around the world and every time room was ready, we were let in. Some places even let us at 7,8am seeing we were tired and they had the room ready. It is good customer service. If there was someone in the room, of course we wait, no problem. But I think owner was using the deposit as a leverage not to let us in the room, it was bit of miscommunication, not common practice and not very nice to travelers. We were leaving the country the next day so we really budgeted this key deposit as our last money left in this currency.
Very nice resort. Placed between the white temple and the center of Chiang Rai. It's clean and well equipped.

เจ้าของบนิการดีมาก ค่าห้องถูกมากก มีอาหารเช้าด้วย ถ้าเน้นประหยะด พักได้เลย ไม่ผิดหวัง ห้องดีใช้ได้ อยู่ใกล้เมือง ใกล้สิห์ปารค ใกล้วัดร่องขุน
Very accomodating staff, always happy to help. Very clean and comfortable room. Small bit out of the town but the cheap tasty food and great coffee make up for that
The two brothers and their father were so helpful and nice. We simply loved it even if it was a little bit far from the center.

Oh you can mark this as a good place to stay, clean, quite, cozy room and facilities, suit for all purposes guests (travelers or on business trips ect.) Friendly staffs with high service-mind, also they can got u an accurated local information. Great location as I took less than 10 mins on light traffic hour to downtown, well, I prefer stayed here, rather than those kind of old, limited area, side street park in town.
