Sirimunta Hotel Chiang Rai Suite & Residence

I paid 650baht per night. Room was clean and spacious. Location is convenient. Only problem I had was that there was ants and other bugs inside the room. I recommend this place.

The room is spacious and good for the price. 5 nights
It was quiet (of course, you could hear airplane noise when you opened the window) and the secluded atmosphere was nice.
They cleaned well every day. The staff was also friendly.

We arrived before check-in time, left our suitcase and walked to Central Chiang Rai to shop for food after lunch.
(1.3km to Central Chiang Rai / 1km to Big C Mart)
However, this is not a residence.
Apart from kitchen facilities (sink), refrigerator, coffee pot and cups, there are no cooking utensils or dishes at all. Dcondo Hyde had a better location, but there were reviews saying the room was narrow, so I chose sirimunta, but I was disappointed because there were no cooking utensils. I had no choice but to walk over 1km and return the ingredients I had purchased.
I went back and forth between Central Chiang Rai and Big C Mart twice and it was very difficult in the hot weather.
I think the word “Residence” should be removed from the hotel name.
There was only a 7-Eleven nearby, and the only restaurant was a local restaurant, so it was a bit inconvenient. I was tired of Thai food (lots of spices and salted fish), so I chose this accommodation when I wanted to cook and eat my own food, but it was disappointing.
It is not recommended for people who haven't rented a car (it's a hassle) or who want to cook at least one meal themselves.

Nice clean hotel, not far from the main street, just opposite of Central Chiang Rai, easy access from the main highway, lovely owner and very polite, helpful services, recommended for a short or long stay alike.

มี 2 ชั้น วันนี้จองผ่าน Agoda ราคา 900 กว่าบาท ห้องกว้างมาก แบ่งเป็นโซนห้องนอน และครัว เตียงนุ่มดีครับ ผ้าห่มสะอาด มีโซนนั่งเล่น มีโซฟา แอร์เย็นดีครับ

ในห้องมี กาแฟดำเป็นซองและชาให้ด้วย

มีโอกาสลองมาพักครับ

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แยกส่วนเตียงนอน ห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องครัว ห้องน้ำ และระเบียง ชัดเจนค่ะ สะอาด ในห้องมีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกที่จำเป็นเพียงพอ สถานที่ ถ้าคุณมีรถ ก็จะสะดวกสบายมากค่ะ เจ้าของเป็นกันเองมากๆ แนะนำเลยค่ะ

ห้องพักดีครับ เป็นสัดส่วน แต่ติเรื่อง Wi-Fi ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย พัก4คืน ใช้ไม่ได้สักวัน จะทำงานแต่ล่ะทีต่อมือถืออย่างเดียวเลย

This is a marvellous find. The room layout is very good. There is a nice big king size bed, plenty of wardrobe and shelf space and a separate seating area with a sofa. There is also a kitchen with a big and efficient fridge. Nice shower and toilet room. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is fine as well, short walk to the Central Plaza and Big C supermarket. The building is well maintained and there is parking if you have a car. The owner, Khun Kate, is very polite and helpful. It is not expensive, so in my mind offers tremendous value for money. They do not provide breakfast but as there is a kitchen you can buy whatever you like, from the nearby supermarket, and prepare your own to your liking. Can't imagine you would be disappointed with this find.

มาพักครั้งที่สองแล้วค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด บริการดีมากๆ เจ้าของใจดี ถ้ากลับเชียงรายก็จะกลับมาพักที่นี่ตลอด สั่งอาหารง่ายของกินเยอะ

ห้องพักราคา 750 บาทไม่มีอาหารเช้าแต่มีชา กาแฟในห้อง ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง แบ่งเป็นห้องนอนห้องนั่งเล่น และมีห้องครัวด้วย พื้นห้องสะอาดใช้ได้ เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย มีโต๊ะทำงานและโซฟานั่งดูทีวี ห้องน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย ไวไฟแรงใช้ได้ ปลั๊กไฟเยอะ แต่ที่จอดรถน้อยไปถ้าลูกค้าเยอะจะไม่พอจอดมีประมาณ 12-14คัน โรงแรมมี 3 ชั้น ชั้นหนึ่งเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ชั้นสองเป็นเตียงคู่ แต่อยู่ในซอยลึก ถ้าไม่มีรถจะลำบาก การบริการดี แต่แม่บ้านลืมผ้าเช็ดตัวของลูกค้าคืนก่อนไว้ในห้องด้วย

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง รูปตรงปก เดินทางสะดวก อยู้ใกล้เขเว่น เข้าชอยมาไม่ไกลมาก เหมาะกับคนที่เอารถส่วนตัวมา โดยรวมประทับใจ

I enjoyed really good stay here. Although Location may not be the highlight, Staff were nice, I felt welcome here. You can ask for any suggestion during your stay.

Room is quite large compared to other hotels, you can imagine that this is your condo with balcony. This room could fit if you have a long stay.

The hotel is very very clean, whether the rooms, corridors, the hotel rooms are very spacious and of a standard that exceeds 5-star hotels in some countries, and the rooms are cleaned daily, there are balconies for the rooms, the staff is very nice, helpful and always smiling, there is parking for cars, the location of the hotel is close to Big C as well There is a 7-Eleven branch very close to the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and if I return to Chiang Rai I will choose this hotel.

แนะนำให้มาเข้าพักกันเลยค่ะ ค่อนข้างสงบ เหมาะกับมาแวะนอนพัก

เก็บใส่ลิสต์โรงแรมที่จะมาพักซ้ำ ราคาเทียบกับสิ่งที่ได้คือคุ้มมาก ห้องกว้าง มีโต๊ะให้ว่างทำงานเสียบคอมได้2ที่ wifiไม่ได้เร็วมากแต่ใช้งานได้ ห้องน้ำไม่มีกลิ่นท่อเหม็น เตียงนุ่ม รูปตรงปกไม่จกตา (เคยเจอบางที่ในรูปใหม่ ไปถึงปุ๊บอึ้ง) พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี

ถ้ามาทำธุระและไม่จำเป็นต้องพักกลางเมือง ที่นี้ตอบโจทย์

Spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Bed was comfortable and there was a lot of storage space inside. However, the rooms are designed to be cooler than outside. This is perfect for hot weather but not so great in the cool December weather during our stay. The water heater is also unstable, it has alternate cycles of hot and cold water.
This may be a pleasant place for Summer but I wouldn't recommend a stay in Winter.

เป็นโรงแรมแบบมีห้องพักเป็นรายวันและรายเดือนด้วยครับ โดยลักษณะเป็นตึก 3 ชั้น แนวยาว1 ชั้นมีประมาณ 14ห้อง ส่วนห้องพักโรงแรมแบ่งเป็นสองราคา มีห้อง 550 กับห้อง 650 โดยห้อง 550 จะไม่มีตรงส่วนที่เป็นเหมือนห้องครัว แต่จะได้ตรงห้องน้ำใหญ่กว่า 650 จะมีห้องครัว ห้องโดยรวมเลยดูกว้างกว่า แต่ขนาดห้องน้ำก็จะเล็กกว่า ที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟต์ครับส่วนรายเดือนห้องละ 7,500 บาท ลักษณะภายในห้องพักกว้างขวางสะอาด ตกแต่งลักษณะเหมือนคอนโดเลยประตูเป็นคีย์การ์ด เปิดเข้ามาก็จะเจอส่วนของโซฟาแล้วโทรทัศน์ติดผนัง มีชั้นวางรองเท้าให้ด้วยเดินเข้ามาอีกนิดนึงจะเห็นเป็นส่วนของห้องนอน มีตู้เสื้อผ้าบานใหญ่และมีกระจกเต็มตัวด้วย ส่วนโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งพร้อมกระจกก็มีให้ และยังมีโต๊ะอีก 1 ตัวเอาไว้นั่งทำงานปลั๊กไฟโดยรวมก็มีให้ทุกจุด มีแอร์ 1 ตัว เย็นทั่วห้องดี ข้อสังเกตุ ที่จอดรถดูไม่เยอะไม่แน่ใจว่าถ้าห้องพักเต็มแล้วที่จอดรถเพียงพอหรือเปล่า ที่นี่ไม่มีอาหารเช้า ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม แต่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อนให้ สบู่แชมพูมีให้บริการ น้ำในห้องน้ำแรงพอสมควร อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำยังดูสะอาดใหม่ดี โรงแรมเปิดมาแล้วประมาณ 3 ปี มีน้ำดื่มเนสท์เล่ให้ 2 ขวด เป็นขวดพลาสติก โรงแรมอยู่ในซอยห่างจากถนนใหญ่ประมาณ 850 m ซอยทางเข้าใกล้บิ๊กซี ฝั่งตรงข้ามเป็นเซ็นทรัล ถนนในซอยไม่ใหญ่เป็นเหมือนชุมชน สรุปภาพรวม ถ้าไม่ได้ต้องการ full service แบบโรงแรม ราคาห้องพัก 650 ชอบห้องกว้างๆใหญ่ๆไฟสว่าง แนะนำพักได้เลยครับ
