Nice premium hotel on board. The setting is green and the staff is friendly Small downside however on the cleanliness of the rooms. It is clear that the hotel has seen better days. Many closed or abandoned spaces.

Beautiful place, with cabins around a lake. Very romantic atmosphere, with soft lights and beautiful views.

This place was good in terms of location, if you are traveling to blue temple, black museum or goddess of mercy. But this means this place is a bit out of the main chaing rai city. The complementary breakfast was not good enough. There were less options. The rooms are huge and very spacious. The villas was very big for a very romantic night. But the surroundings and even the steps to the villas was slippery and not well maintained. The swimming pool is big, but the swimming pool was not good enough. This resort has a lot of scope of becoming one of the best resorts out there in Chiang rai. I hope they raise to one of the top.

Like others have noted, this resort has shown signs of wear, but it has so much potential! The location is great as it's close to town but still provides a garden/jungle like feel. Picture lots of trees, plants, small ponds. The issue is that the grounds are suffering from care. If staff did some weeding, trimming, etc, it would look so much better. Many of the ponds have fountains that don't work. Not great for any fish living inside them and very bad for mosquitos.

The pool is nice and big and we had it to ourselves. The downside is that there were weeds growing everywhere, and the normal water filter and pump were clearly not working. Instead, the pool water was being filtered with some outside contraption.

We rented a villa which was nice and spacious. Very quiet and snacks and water were provided. Furniture is a bit outdated but kept very clean. The bathroom floor had a very weird slant which gave a sense of vertigo, and the shower curtain was ripped.

Breakfast is provided in the main restaurant with a mix of Thai and Western food. Staff were pleasant.

It would have been amazing to see this place when it first opened. Would be great if someone put some money into it, to bring it back to its former glory.

There is a SHA+ certificate. It's normal to have musty smell in wooden room at rainy season, however, the hotel staff immediately took action with Ozone generator after informing.

It must have been a beautiful place 20 years ago. Very run down. Plants / shrubbery not taken care of. 3 stars because of staff being friendly and massage in room (very good one)

Do not book. There are many incredible hotels in Chiang Rai, this unfortunately is not one them. We booked two rooms. One was for my in-laws and grandmother. My mother in law and grandmother both broke out in hives. Room smelled like mildew, there was mold in the bathrooms. VERY VERY old. Don’t trust the pictures because it’s far from that. To top it off, the staff was not friendly at all, very rude, dismissive, and far from welcoming. We didn’t even stay, decided to leave as soon as we saw the room.

I was here 2 night in Superior cottage. Love the nice and clean room. Staff is very lovely and friendly. Definately come back when visit Chiangrai next time. Highly recommended

ได้รับการยกระดับห้องพัก แต่เหมือนได้ห้องพัง ไฟไม่ค่อยเพียงพอ ยุงเยอะมากมากในห้องพัก เตียงเสริมไม่สามารถนอนได้ กลางเตียงยุบเป็นหลุม โทรศัพท์ในห้องพักใช้งานไม่ได้ พนักงานที่ฟร้อนท์ไม่สามารถช่วยอะไรได้มากเท่าที่ควร ทำให้กิจกรรมต่างๆที่วางแผนไว้ต้องเลื่อนออกไปหลายชั่วโมง ขอบคุณพนักงานที่มาช่วยย้ายห้อง ขออะไรก็พยายามช่วยทันที

Quiet when we stayed, after mass exodus at breakfast each day. Not as well maintained as before. Still enjoyed the experience.

Poor service on check in, confused about the booking then one group in party did get aroom.over rated
