Inexpensive and convenient, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free plantains and coffee and tea in the office, as well as lockers to store valuables. Their was a flower festival in town that we would never have known about without the volunteered information from our host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff are extremely kind and helpful, and booked our slow boat tickets to Laos for us. The rooms are simple but extremely comfortable and clean. Thought that free water and other refreshments were a lovely touch as well. Arguably one of the best locations at any hotel in Chiang Rai, only a two minute walk from the centre of town.

Friendly owner. Cheap and reasonable price. Clean and tidy room. Complete with a hot shower and complimentary mineral water.
Very close to the night market (saturday night).

Ideal location. Lots of bars/restaurants nearby.
The bus station is a 6-7 minute walk, 7-eleven is the same.
A very clean, cozy holiday home. The owners are an elderly couple. They have a washing/drying service, coffee, bananas, free water for breakfast.

Amazing value! Clean and bright room with a comfy bed, hot shower, ac and fan. The WiFi is lighting fast and the room has a small desk, which was perfect for working on my laptop. Owners were very kind and helpful. Free coffee, filtered water and bananas at reception was very nice:)

FYI the pretty ladies asking if you’d like a massage near the hotel at night aren’t selling massages.

It's Ok.for this you pay for.but still another one Guesthouse were the Aircon not cooling up in this hot Summertime!

Very good location, friendly staf, not so clean bathroom, very loud due to its thin walls and to motorbikes being parked in the interior courtyard in front of rooms' doors. Tiring for stays longer than 2 nights.

While it is not a five star hotel I give them five stars for clean, neat rooms where everything works well and a comfortable bed. A guard for the motorcycles and friendly service rounds out the experience. I've stayed here several times over the last three years and it is always good. A fair price too.

Nice little hotel with fair pricing policy. Rooms are not huge but aren't tight either, and they are clean. Staff is very friendly.
