It is close to the bus terminal and the interior and exterior are beautiful.
It is very well maintained and is a great photo spot.
The room is also comfortable and the service is top notch.
Kitchen opens for breakfast at 6: 30. Bread, bananas, eggs, jam, coffee. Tea and snacks provided

The accommodation is amazing. They accommodated us without prior reservation, the girls who assisted us are super friendly and give you a lot of facilities. The environment and accommodation are charming, and the rooms are great, cared for in detail, not to mention their huge and very comfortable bed. Without a doubt 10/10, we would repeat. Very close to the bus station and night market. Very central but quiet

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with good bedding and pillows. Not far from the night bazaar and city center, the location is ideal.

No doubt this is colourful and aesthetically designed building.it's not a resort resort but almost.washroom design needs improvement.as the jet sprays are on wrong side. It's comfortable stay and definitely good value for money.

Full kitchen with some lovely breakfast items yeeeeeew, cooked our first meal in 2 months mmmm kay.real nice actually. Stay here if ur in chiang rai or I’ll. Cry Yeeeeeeeew!

I had an amazing experience at Na-Rak-O. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The staff are very welcoming and humble. You can cook your own breakfast. Overall i had an amazing stay.

If you are looking for a nicy cozy stay, 2 min walking from the centre than this is it. It is lovely & colorfull and a good shower & bed. Every morning at 7 you can make your own breakfast upstairs and there is always coffee, tea and snacks available. Lovely and helpfull staff.

Lovely place, so cute and cheerful decoration, you will love it. Complete and clean. The pantries and the security is well. Have a cozy corner in my room too, with a bean bag. There's mirror, hairdryer, slippers too. Fabulous hotel. Will sure to come back

We really benjoyed our stay here - rooms are lovely and bright, well equipped. Staff are very friendly. Great location only a short walk from the main street.
Breakfast is self serve - eggs, toast, coffee.

Really nice little place. The owner has really put her stamp on it, very cute and homely. Clean, friendly and well priced. Don’t be put off by the location being down a little alley. Oh and not for you if you don’t like polished concrete, but if you do you’ll live the style.

Nice place to stay, located quite central.
However, the entrance to the room area is a steep concrete ramp. In my opinion it is better to have stairs there.
When we arrived it was raining, and we have a bit of a trouble to carry our heavy luggage on that ramp, as it is wet and slippery.
I bet older people will have a hard time "climbing" that ramp.
