Such a great experience. Great place to wind down, great place to eat delicious food from Arun and Woot, great place for healing from Tania and great place for yoga (every entry level!) from A. Thanks!

I stayed at Museflower for 5D4N from Oct - Nov 2023. This place is filled with beautiful nature surrounding you at every turn, with forests, trees, flowers, small ponds, and a big lake in the middle. It was wonderfully peaceful and truly allowed me to reset my stressed brain and live in the moment. My favourite part of the place is undoubtedly the lake in the middle of the compound. I spent the mornings of several days meditating there with the sunlight shining on me. It was a magical moment.

From the very beginning I felt really well taken care of and appreciated as a guest. I had booked a standard room (fan only) but Museflower upgraded my room to a bigger one with AC for free. They also offered me a lucky draw (you could win anything from massages to sound baths to oracle card readings) which was a promo that actually I originally wasn't entitled to enjoy since I had already utilised their spa promotion discount. I felt that was really generous of them. The lacto-ovo vegetarian food was delicious. The only 2 things I hoped to have that they didn't have was snacks like nuts to munch on between meals, and the shop to stock spa products like massage oil and hand moisturizer.

Most of all I feel blessed to have been served by some of the most wonderful people. Everyone from the chef Arun to the spa therapists Nina and Ada were so kind to me, always asking after me. I would like to give special mention to Tony, the receptionist manager who went over and above to make my stay comfortable, from helping me to get more incense cones for my crystals, to locating my lost jacket, to picking me up by truck after I couldn't complete the cycling tour. Tony was a star and showed through for me at every turn. The level of hospitality I received was unparalleled and I feel so happy to have been here even though it was just a short time.

I 100% recommend Museflower for a restful retreat and I hope to be back again soon. Miss you already, Museflower!

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights at Museflower with my partner from late August to early September. Despite it being the rainy season we had incredible weather, and had the whole retreat to ourselves.

It’s hard to describe how magical this experience was.

Wellness classes were unbelievably enjoyable and varied, trying everything from yoga to bamboo stick exercises. The instructor, A, was so knowledge, fun and kind.

The food was exceptional. Three meals a day of beautiful Thai vegetarian food, including fresh local fruits and smoothies.

The room we stayed in had air con and was large and gorgeous in a traditional Thai structure. We slept like the dead! Housekeeping came every day and left the room spotless.

The spa treatments were fabulous, a massage every day of our stay. Ada and Nina at the spa were incredible and so talented at their craft. The Thai 90 minute massage was my favourite!

The service was great with Tony facilitating our stay every step of the way. He organised cars to take us into Chiang Rai for the Saturday night market, and we were similarly picked up and dropped off at the airport.

We also did the cycling tour and farm tour with Tony which was heaps of fun. We got to feed the ducks and collect their eggs which would be used for our (delicious) breakfast omelette.

The facilities are fabulous. The spa and steam room was my personal favourite, but the salt water pool is great also.

It’s simple but it’s wonderful. Will absolutely be recommending this stay to everyone who will listen!

My friend and I booked a 6D5N yoga/meditation package at Museflower, and we had a wonderful experience. The place itself is already pleasant and relaxing, but what we really wanted to highlight in our review is the top-notch service of the Museflower team.

Right from the moment we arrived, Tony at reception was warm and welcoming, he brought us on a very comprehensive tour around the compound. They have many peaceful spaces where we could sit for some quiet reflection, with lots of greenery and nature all around. Tony made sure we were clear about our itinerary and all the options that were available to us should we wish to swop classes or change any of our timings.

We took daily yoga & meditation classes with A, the resident practitioner, and she was incredibly generous with her knowledge. She asked about any goals we had in mind, and took this into account when planning her warm-up sequences leading to specific poses. She was also very helpful in correcting our alignment in yoga poses, and suggested lots of recommended exercises for conditioning/strengthening. We learned a lot from her in our short time there. We also discovered in our private wellness sessions, she gives an amazing abdominal massage!

The meals were super tasty and served in abundant portions. We’re both not vegetarians, but we agreed that the food was so delicious that we hardly missed having meat! We also noticed that the chefs were creative in their dishes, making effort not to repeat recipes throughout our stay, and we could tell that they took a lot of pride in their work, adding delightful details in the plating & food presentation to elevate the dining experience.

Our package also included spa treatments, which were excellent. My masseuse (Ada) took the time to understand my preferences for pressure and targeted areas, and was very skilful with her massage techniques. I also very much enjoyed the herbal steam facilities, and the outdoor shower after the session.

Even the housekeeping staff went the extra mile - we had hand-washed some t-shirts during our stay, and we noticed that while we were away, the staff had helped us to move our laundry to a sunny spot so that it could dry faster. It was so thoughtful and we really appreciated the attention to detail.

On our second last day, we joined a cycling tour led by Tony, and it was a great start to the day. There’s a lovely bicycle trail around the nearby lake Nong Luang, with plenty of good views along the way.

We left feeling very detoxed & recharged, definitely will recommend to our friends who are looking for a rejuvenating retreat! To the Museflower team: thank you so much for an amazing & memorable experience, you guys have built a really special place here.

I just came home from my first international solo trip in Thailand and one of my biggest reasons for choosing Thailand was museflower retreat and spa. I am so happy with my decision! My time at museflower was absolutely amazing and has helped me learn a lot about myself and my body.

I loved the wellness classes by A, she is very knowledgeable and kind and she answered all my questions with patience. She taught me just how strong and capable my mind and body are.

The bungalow was very nice to stay in as well. It’s simple but has everything you need and a little bit more, like tea, incense, natural mosquito repellent, etc. I slept very comfortably every night.

The facilities are easily accessible and I loved that it wasn’t super crowded. I received 2 spa treatments and they were eye openers for me! I am very thankful to both the massage therapists for their expertise.

Tony was very kind and gave me a tour of the entire place at the beginning of my stay. I also took his guided cycling tour which was at times challenging but really fun. He also helped me book all my transportation to/from airport as well as a ride to the white and blue temple.

Lastly, Dada is an amazing chef and took really good care of all the guests. She is like that mom or grandmother who makes sure everyone gets fed properly and gets what they want! She also gave me some great tips on making vegetarian Thai food in the states! I think her food was some of the best food I had in Thailand!

I held my yoga retreat here and it was the best time in Thailand. Everything about this place is awesome.

This is not a place, it is a different world altogether. You are sure to get dissolve in the vibe of Museflower. The retreat which you will cherish forever. The retreat which will wake you up in the morning and takes you to the inner journey.

We opted for their wellness package which included yoga or any wellness class, list of massage to choose from which will sure to leave you spellbound, three ovo/lacto meals which balances taste as well as nutrition, a room balancing nature and comfort and the people working there which gives you a sense of calm in their every activity.
We tried their Toksen massage which uses hammer along the meridian line, the way it activates you and then relaxes is an experience of a lifetime.
I have so much to share but i will leave up to the readers to experience on their own.
Don't worry about your pockets, everything is reasonably charged just book beforehand to get a spot.

A truly transformative place staffed by incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Set in a beautiful rural area near Chiang Rai, calm and fresh air guaranteed! Lots of activities for both the physical and mental - so it's not just yoga but also fitness, exploring (cycling) and other activities to reflect on improving life. Very tasty food. Good for kids too as there are also lots of things for them to do such as cycling, gym, swimming pool, farm visit plus a great choice of movies to watch in the evening. Thoroughly recommended.

My wife and I had an idyllic five nights stay at The Museflower Resort. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, just the place to reset the mind and body. There are great activities to to get involved with, especially the yoga. There is a variety of vegetarian meals, which are fresh and tasty. We have been to many Resorts similar to Museflower and found this resort the absolute best. We plan to return again and highly recommend going for a vacation. The staff are fantastic and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is comfortable and your needs met. Ms. Tania Ho, director goes above and beyond to assist with special requirements you might have.

Excellent! Signed up for 4D3N Spa retreat and feel so refreshed that I didn't mind the extra 2hrs travel time I had to put up with due to the protests at Kwun Tong Station this morning. In the package, I received 6 classes (yoga or wellness related) and daily massage. Great vegetarian food. Chef Dada is super friendly and even prepared takeaway as my dinner at the airport. Resident Yoga teacher A is very attentive and gave me great advices on stretching. Spa therapists Ada and Nina are superb. They relieved my months of aching shoulder and back within 2 days. Wendy the receptionist is very helpful and gave me advices on classes or swapping classes. I will definitely return again. P/s: suggests the driver not to speed beyond 120km/h.

The idea behind this place is so lovely: a healthy inspiring retreat hidden in nature making you reconnect to who you are. We must say though, that we got a bit disappointed to realize, there is not much nature as Museflower is more like a little well maintained garden than the lush tropical getaway we thought it would be. There are some common areas like a canteen, a small living room with a sofa and a little gym, but not many private spaces to enjoy nature - in retreats we have been to before there are often hidden meditation spots in nature: patios with pillows on grass, hammocks and swings under old trees, walking trails with benches etc. None of that. Just that one dining table outside and the raft on the little lake. The spa is basically just a steam bath and a basin, it's alright, nothing fancy. Treatments are good. Yoga instructors professional. As vegetarians we must say though, that the vegetarian buffet is quite basic, all we had for three days was soup and simple curries. A lot of fresh ripe local fruit made the whole experience a lot better though. The rooms are very simple too, a bit noisy as the walls are paper thin. You really have to know what you sign up for here, it's no paradise, no nature wonder but a basic hotel in a garden at the end of a dirt road. For the same (not cheap) price we will probably next time find a homestay somewhere in the mountains of Rai instead where you can actually reconnect to nature fully.

Museflower is a true gem hidden in the country outside of Chiang Rai! The energy and the ambiance are remarkable. The spa treatments are heavenly with a wide variety of massages and body treatments that will dazzle your senses! There is a swimming pool, a peaceful yoga space and lots of beautiful little havens to escape to. This is a beautiful retreat however, not luxury, but of excellent qualility! I was so pleasantly surprised to find this sweet place on earth!

I went in with a number of body issues and left healed and happy!

What an awesome zen retreat place to be! Great setup and service. Most important friendly staffs, skillful spa therapists and yoga practitioners. Definitely a thumb up place if you wanna get away from the bustling city life and spend quality time just bonding with nature and self reflect without breaking a hole in your pocket. Truly nature at its best here. Special shout out to Ms A and Ms Jang the ever two most wonderful yoga practitioners

I had to leave after one night into a 5 night retreat or I would have gone insane. Absolutely disgusting, nearly inedible food. After arriving to a dismal first dinner, I vomited after first breakfast the following morning. The quality of the food, and atmosphere was completely at odds with the glossy photography and astronomical cost of my stay. Think Michelin star photos and YMCA cafeteria reality. Having to scrape my plate into a sloppy bucket was just gross. Nothing to do. No joy in the place. It's a retreat ok but still, total isolation. Oh and don't flush toilet paper, their plumbing can't handle it. Instead, dispose of used toilet paper in the bin. Gross. There was an actual giant open space between my bathroom and that of my neighbor. So you could literally hear your neighbor using the bathroom. The only positive things I can say are the staff was very friendly, and the pool was refreshing. The whole place was gross. What a waste of time and money.
