มาครั้งแรกก็ประทับใจกับโรงแรมนี้ค่ะ บริการดีเยี่ยม ครั้งหน้าจะมาพักอีกค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักสุดๆๆๆ สั่งซื้อของทางออนไลน์ไว้จากเยอรมันนี พนักงานตอนรับเก็บของไว้ให้ ลืมไของไว้ในห้องพนักงานก็เช็คของส่งคืนให้ก่อนกลับ พนักงานขนกระเป๋าดีเยี่ยมเพราะกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ตั้งหลายใบ 100

Clean, beautiful facility, rooms nice, clean and functional, staff very nice and accommodating, quiet oasis

1. ถ้ามากี่คนต้องใช้บัตรประชาชนทุกคนนะคะเราบอกว่าที่อื่นไม่เห็นใช้เลยพนง. บอกที่นี่ต้องใช้ค่ะ
2. รายกาช่องทีวีมีน้อยมากที่เราเจอช่อง3ไม่มีค่ะ
3. พนักงานพูดจาดี พอประมาณค่ะ
4. ส่วนตัวเราว่าค่าที่พักก็ไม่ได้ถูกหรือว่สแรงไปจนรับไม่ได้นะคะ. แต่ว่าบริการช่องทีวีมาตรฐานทั่วไปควรมีนะคะถ้าไม่เหนือบ่ากว่าแรงเกินไป. ที่พักราคาตำกว่านี้ยังมีช่องให้ดูเยอะกว่านี้ค่ะ

เปรียบเทียบกับราคานะคะ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เราเคยมาพักเมื่อ 5-6 ปีก่อน ก็ยังดีเหมือนเดิม ที่สำคัญคือ พนักงานมีความน่ารักแบบเป็นธรรมชาติ กระตือรือร้น ยิ้มเก่ง ทั้งพนักงานต้อนรับและที่ร้านอาหาร ตัวโรงแรม landscape สวย สะอาด หน้าฝนแบบนี้ ทางเดินหินของเค้าไม่ลื่นเลย แสดงถึงความดูแลเอาใจใส่ แสงไฟในรีสอร์ทตอนกลางคืน สว่างกำลังดี ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางมาก มีพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋า มี trolley โลเคชั่นอยู่ในตัวเมือง ใกล้ถนนคนเดินวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์ค่ะ โดยรวมคุ้มค่ากับราคาและดีกว่าโรงแรม 3 ดาวทั่วไปค่ะ

I Would Like To Describe Maryo Resort In Chiang Mai So That More Tourists Will Go There Stay In The Resort. The Room Was Good And Clean And The Facilities Like The Swimming Pool Was Nice And Clean. The Air-conditioning System Was Good. The Buffet Breakfast In Maryo Resort Was Delicious And The Food Was Very Tasty.

รีสอร์ตน่ารัก น่าพักผ่อน สงบ และร่มรื่่่น อาหารรสชาติธรรมดา มีให้เลือกพอประมาณสำหรับคนที่ทานง่าย ไม่อยากออกไปทานข้างนอก มีบริการ shuttle van สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่อยากลองไปช้อปที่ไนท์บาร์ซ่า พนักงานพร้อนท์ มีความพยายามอธิบาย facilities ดี แต่ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องขั้นตอนการบริการ ในด้าน first come first serve จนแล้วเสร็จก่อนรับลูกค้ารายใหม่

Nice exterior but dated room, noisy air conditioning. Bed linen not clean, they even wanted to charge us for a sheet!
Nice swimming pool but lack of maintenance suddenly my son had an inctieuse otitis.
I do not recommend too bad

No shuttle service to the night market, poor breakfast if not last day because hotel was full of guests. I would not go there again.

A small, cosy resort. The rooms are excellent, and the will to serve of the staff is worth a big compliment. The restaurant has a limited, simple menu but everything we had was delicious. The swimming pool maintenance is below standard though, the water is green, joints are gone: this is why I didn´t give it 5 stars - we choose a hotel with a pool to escape the Thai heat.

Room is clean, however although we booked rooms with garden/ city view, all we got were one row of grass with grey wall outside of the window.

Reception staff is not good at communication, and she even got mad at us for asking details about the taxi service that she was supposed to help with.

Breakfast: all of our members got food poisoning after having breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here for one night. The pool looks welcoming however we did not get to use it. The rooms were very clean and quite large.

The breaker went off in our shower for our hot water but after notifying them, it was fixed within minutes.

The staff were super friendly, the wifi quite fast and the grounds very clean.

There was a buffet breakfast with enough options for everyone to enjoy.

Pleasantly quiet resort.
Anyone who likes to be left alone from all the traffic at night will be happy here. Yet only 5 minutes from the nearest market.
Even if you arrive by car, it is positive 8:
Plenty of parking spaces available.

Those wanting to enjoy the local nightlife can take a (free) shuttle to and from the resort.

I stay here every time I come to Chiang Rai since the hotel just opened. Now the furniture is starting to age strongly. What I found outrageous was that I asked for an extra blanket as it was very cold in Chiang Rai by Thai standards and I HAD to pay for it. Never experienced. So it will also be the last time I stay here.

A decent hotel with a pool. A little way from the centre, very quiet location. Comfortable bed and decent shower/bath combo.
