Beautiful boutique hotel, with amazing art collection, lovely team, great coffee, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, clean, great location, nice spaces to chill and relax.
Suggestion: some sun beds at the pool area would be nice.

Very nice little hotel.
Welcoming and helpful staff. Very very good restaurant, we ate all the Thai dishes in the restaurant. Correct breakfast.
Everything is clean and pretty. It's nice.
Small downside, only one window in our room, behind a wardrobe which made the room rather dark. Location is also correct but you obviously need to provide taxis to get to the tourist sites. Small swimming pool but as there were few of us in the hotel, it was always free. We recommend.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room and everything around it was very clean. A small pool and a pretty garden or terrace complete the ambience. Very friendly staff and boss, you should definitely talk to the owner about planned excursions, she has good tips.

The location is a bit far from the night market. If you have transportation, it is a very good place to stay. It is very quiet and green. The hotel's furnishings are very artistic. I like the Thai decoration style. There is a restaurant and bar next to it. There is a small swimming pool and the bedding is very comfortable. I like the corridor on the second floor very much. It is a very Thai-style chair corridor. In short, it is very pleasant and comfortable.

A 10. Our stay and experience has been fabulous. Quality - Unbeatable price.
- Room: It was very clean, impeccable. Every day they came to clean. We didn't find any bugs. The bathroom has everything (gel, shampoo, hairdryer). It does not have a safe, but it is not necessary since the feeling of security is enormous. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and they give you 2 bottles of water every day. The bed is very large and comfortable. The air conditioning was great, very powerful and working well.
- Reception: very friendly and they immediately answered any questions. Always with a smile.
- Breakfast: we had it included, and it was buffet style, with toast, juice, coffee, fruit, homemade pastries, yogurts and they also made several types of varied dishes on the spot (you choose one) that were very good. It starts at 7 so if you have an excursion it is perfect.
- Pool and outdoors: we used it little, but it was great. Good water temperature and very clean. They give you a towel. The garden and the tranquility that you breathe is spectacular.
- Location: Maybe a little far away, but using Grab, they immediately came to pick us up and it was very cheap, so it wasn't an impediment, on the contrary, since it was a very quiet place and you couldn't hear any noise.
- All the staff are lovely.
In conclusion, a stay of 2 nights out of 10. If you are looking for quality, and even an unbeatable price, this is your accommodation.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Really good breakfast and relaxing pool area. High quality rooms.

Very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Staffs were very pleasant as well thought quite minimal. It is understandable as only 16 rooms, with reception, dining area and garden taking most of the space.

The rooms were nicely kept and comfortable. We had room A1 and A2 for a joining room for us and 3 kids. The breakfast was delicious and complimentary airport shuttle was great. The only downside is the temperature of the hot water - it could have been hotter!

Stayed one night only - unfortunately. We loved everything about this place, from the location to the room to the breakfast. Super pretty hotel and very engaged and polite staff. Wish you all the best!

It was our first time in Chiang Rai so we would have preferred a location closer to the city. However, the staff were very friendly, and the room and breakfast inclusions were great

Very nice family run Hotel. Beautiful area to stay. Few kilometres from the city centre. Additions are being made at the moment & should be completed just before peak season, October 2019.
All the staff & family are absolutely fantastic. Just down the road are many nice tranquil places to walk around, parkland & lakes, local cuisine, coffee shops & assorted supply shops. Excellent for relaxing & de stressing after a long day sightseeing and touring the area. Short taxi ride to the city. They also have a shuttle service. Possibly at no charge. Rooms are excellent, traditional Thai & buffet breakfast.
Do yourself a pleasure and stay here.

Good value, Nice roomand clean but isolated and not thing too see. Disagree about hotel policy that they charge 3% if customer pay by credit card

It was such a good time to stay there. The foods were delicious, the staff were really lovely. The room was totally clean.
