This guesthouse has an incredible location. Situated amongst beautiful gardens and nature on the banks of the maesai river. The other side of the river is Myanmar! Just about 20 meters across the river you can watch people in Myanmar going about their daily lives, fishing and swimming in the river. The rooms are really cosy. Some rooms have air conditioning but you do not need it as there is always a cool breeze from the river. A beautiful place and lovely family who own the resort. I have known this family for over 20 years and always stay at Maesai guesthouse when I am in Maesai. You can see the view from my room in my attached photo.
