Hotel itself is nice, service is really good. But pigeons are a bummer. They are all over the areas, including reception. Wouldn’t like to sit around some areas sadly, so for a 5 star hotel my review can’t be good.

We’ve just had a fabulous stay at Le Meridien Chiang Rai. The staff are fabulous especially housekeepers and the breakfast crew. The gardens are spectacular and the rooms are spacious and oh so comfortable. We were here 10 years ago and it’s still just as good.

Had a great stay here! Super kind and helpful staff (including GM Mr. Viswanathan). We got a upgrade, which was a thankful decision from the Hotel. Super clean room and absolutely mondern furniture (including a confortable bed). During songkran we were Part of a donation ceremony with monks, organized by the Hotel. I really highly recommend this hotel!

Great resort and good value
Have now stayed here about 50 nights over the last few years and if anything it has got better. A stellar job.

Very comfy big bed. Nice and clean place. Best of the best place to relax. But i went there on my birthday and they offer me to apply to be a member of the hotel and they haven't gave me the card

Great hotel at the Kok River. Spacious rooms in an ample area with pools and bar/restaurant at the river bank. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Spacious, attractive and highly functional room. The grounds are amazing and fun to wander around and admire. Love this place! The downside is that it takes about an hour to walk to town and there is little in the immediate area. They run free shuttles but they don't give you quite the flexibility that I liked. Taxis are easy though. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel, I was overwhelmed with the whole place. The reception, the rooms, the grounds. If you want luxury this is the place to go. The bathroom was amazing. Comfy bed. The staff cannot do enough for you. And the breakfast was out of this world so much to choose from, very different and unusual things to try. Elephants outside the reception and several darted around hotel, each with different paintings. A book in the room tells you the meaning. I was very sad to leave

Beautiful environment. Buffet food was ok value with the discount but would be overpriced if paying normal rate.

ชอบที่นี่มาก ไปพักด้วยสองครั้งแล้ว ห้องพักกว้างดี เตียงนอนดีมาก นอนสบายมาก ทีวีอยู่ไกลไปหน่อย (เพราะห้องกว้าง) อาหารเช้าก็ดี วิวริมแม่น้ำก็สวย สระว่ายน้ำก็สวย แต่ไม่มีร่มเงาเท่าไหร่ ตอนกลางวันร้อนมากๆ

Absolutely beautiful resort in Chiang Rai. It was very quiet when we were there. The service was fantastic and the concierge incredibly helpful. The in room dining and breakfast were both delicious and came w friendly and accompanying staff. Highly recommend!

Booked in for Work at late notice, wasn’t a problem everything was sorted. Beautiful place to stay, the food was amazing and a great way to unwind after working in and out of Chiang Rai. Staff were excellent and provided a great atmosphere.

Beautifully located resort on the river on Chiang Rai. Rooms are large, modern and very comfortable. Beautiful grounds are home to some of the most amazing trees I've ever seen! Breakfast buffet is great, and there's even a kids' club with scheduled activities. This is by far the nicest resort in the city of Chiang Rai. Can't wait to return! #bestofchiangrai
