Very genuine and lovely lad. I rented a motorbike from her and highly recommend her services. She was extremely accommodating with a couple requests I had and I got a bike with only 3,000kms on it which was very nice. Will be back again, thank you so much

Amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai. The rooms are super clean and the property is well maintained. It is located nearby night Bazar & bus terminal. The host is really amazing, very friendly and helpful. We rented a bike from her PP Motorbike. Most recommended bike rental at the reasonable price. All are new bikes in good condition.

Ideal location because quiet and very close to the center. You feel safe there and the accommodation is very clean. The rooms look better in real life than in the photos and our hosts are also flexible. Overall, very good value for money.

We rented mopeds here to explore the city. Best way to see the sites. She also hailed the taxis for us to the airport. She and her mom are the sweetest!

Scooter rental was pretty overpriced, so we went elsewhere. The room was good in general except for the bathroom, that was not ideal.

We checked out late and it was no problem, but we forgot a couple of drinks so we returned 10 minutes later to retrieve them; the owners drank half of them. Kind of weird to me, we were gone for barely 10 minutes.

Great little place to stay, Grandmas daughter Sonia was SUPER amazing, accomodating and shared advice on places to explore & visit around Chiang Mai. We hired our own motorbike, to travel around. Cable TV was average though as we could only watch 1 news channel in English which was disappointing. Would be great if they can reassess the channels for children to watch like cartoons etc. Grandma was also beautiful and sweet. We stayed for 6 days.

I rented a scooter from Grandma Kaew and they were so sweet with the renting, they also helped me with booking a taxi to the airport which was 200bath early morning, they are very sweet and helpful!

Only took me 2 days to realized that this place is really good. Grandma (Owner) is so lovely… the bedrooms very clear… like a 3 stars hotel. If I come back to Chiang Rai will definitely choose this hotel again!

Nice clean rooms friendly staff walking distance to all main attractions in the town area laundry about a block away and also a small convenience store

Stayed here for a solitary night everything was okay room is cleanly maintained, however the only problem I’ve is the location deep inside the alley which I get lost on my returning in the night. I paid ฿400 for the stay. The staff actually gave me a ride to the bus terminal upon my check-out early in the morning.

We stayed here when we were in Chiang Rai for almost 6 nights. The staff is super friendly and the Grandma is so kind. The premise is clean and budget friendly. They also have brand new motorbikes for rent and we used one for our trip to Phu Chi Fa. Definitely recommended if you are looking for pocket friendly accommodation.

Best accomodation we had in one month Thailand! The grandma is so friendly and the rooms are incredibly beautiful, big and comfortable. Our bed was freshly made every day and we got some bottled water, towels, new soap & toilet paper as well.
It is also possible to rent a scooter at this guesthouse, we took a new 125 motorcycle for 250 Thb/Day with two modern helmets.

I give this place 5 stars because there nothing I can really fault it on. Staff my very friendly and helpful, and well. The rooms are well kept and as described. The price is very affordable, and the location is very central accessible. If you are looking for something, or if you want a place with a large area, then this is not a place for you. It is quite small and straight to the point. But if you are looking for an affordable option it is centrally located but really nice staff, then this is a great option. They also have motorbikes to rent on site, which is nice.

This is an amazing place ran by two very kind women, very helpful. It is clean, comofortable in a quiet area but literally close to the center and everything (bus station, night bazaar, clock clock tower, walking distance from the bridge) I was surely very satisfied with my stay and I clearly recommend this place.
