ไปพักโดยจองล่วงหน้า 2 สัปดาห์ได้ห้องพักชั้น4 สะอาดดี แต่แอร์เสียงดังจึงขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนง. หน้าเคาน์เตอร์บอกว่าเหลือแต่ห้องพักชั้นล่าง (ชั้น 1) ซึ่งเราไม่ชอบมีฝ่ายช่างเข้ามาซ่อม แกะแอร์และฉีดsonax เราจึงขอเปลี่ยนห้องดูอีกครั้ง เพราะมีกลิ่นนำ้ยาและฝุ่น พนง. เคาน์เตอร์คนเดิมพูดจาไม่ดีเลย
จนช่างต้องรีบขอโทษ พนง. ทุกแผนกดูแลดี สุภาพ
แต่พนง. เคาน์เตอร์กร่างมาก เปลี่ยนคนที่มีService mind มาทำเถอะค่ะ

Great experience. Rooms are super clean and aesthetically beautiful. Service is top notch. And the location is perfectly situated in Chiang Rai. Oh, and the breakfast in the hotel is very good too.

ห้องสะอาดมาก เตียง หมอน ผ้าห่มนอนสบายมากๆอาหารอร่อย อยู่ใกล้เซ็นทรัลมากๆ เดินทางสะดวกมากครับ

ห้องพักสะอาด น้ำแรงสะใจ เตียงนุ๊มมมนุ่มแทบไม่อยากลุกเลยค่า พนักงานบริการดีมาก ใกล้เซนทรัลและไลบรารี่ค่า

This hotel is so great. I'm appreciated for service and clean room.
Location is near central and opposite of Central Chiangrai.
Breakfast is various.

ห้องนอนตกแต่งใช้ได้ เตียงนอนนอนสบาย ข้อดีอย่างเดียว แต่ติดถนนใหญ่ เสียงดังไปหน่อย ประตูห้องน่ารำคาญมาก ถ้าปิดไม่แน่นจะมีเสียงร้องดังทั้งชั้น พอกดขอผ้าเช็ดตัว มีอีป้าแม่บ้านเอามาให้ ทำหน้าไม่พอใจ ทุกครั้งที่เอาของมาให้ ย้ำทุกครั้ง

อาหารเช้าไม่สะอาด เจอผม ความสะอาดไม่โอเคเลย

สระน้ำไม่โอเค แอบสกปรก

พนัแงานต้อนรับที้ผิวคล้ำๆผช. เราถามเรื่องราคาที่จ่ายไป ไม่ชัวเรื่องราคาก็ถามไป มีเหวี่ยงๆใส่ เอาเหอะ

ไม่กลับไปพักแล้วจ้า

โดยรวมถึงว่าโอเคคะ เว้นทางด้านหน้ารร. จะมีร้านเหล้าตอนกลางคืน เสียงมันจะดังพอดีน้องนอนเตียงข้างหน้าต่างเลยได้ยินเสียงดัง แต่ตัวเองนอนด้านในเลยไม่ได้ยินเสียงคะ ถ้าเช็คอินให้ถามพนักงานด้วยว่าแก้ใขจุดนี้แล้วหรือยังนะคะ

ที่พักสะดวกสบาย จองผ่านแอพราคาถูกกว่า
โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง และสามารถเดินทางไปยังจุดทีองเที่ยวอื่นได้ง่าย

Nice hotel. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Breakfasts were great but the evening meals never tasted as good. Enjoyed the pool and our room was serviced well. Disappointing that we asked for no smoking but they put us next to the smokers balcony. It seems that when we book through Agoda (and we've booked a few) we get the worst option of what we've paid for.

สถานที่โอ บริการดี ผมเลือกห้องพักติดสระน้ำ วิวดีสะดวกเล่นน้ำได้ สระร่มรื่นคับ ช่วงบ่าย อยากได้สระกว้างกว่านี้อีกหน่อยคับ จะดีมากคับ

บรรยากาศดีใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้งทั้ง central และ big c อยู่ใกล้ๆเดินไปถึง เพื่อซื้อของShopping สะดวกมาก

ที่พักสะอาดสะดวกสบายใกล้ชุมชนอยู่หน้าถนนใหญ่ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า มีที่จอดรถสะดวก
ห้องอาหารสวยอาหารใช้ได้จะให้4ดาวแต่หักเหลือ3.5ดาวเพราะแอร์เย็นช้ามาอาจเป็นเพราะได้ห้อวชั้น6ติดหลัวคากว่าแอร์ในห้องจะฉ่ำก็เลยคี2ไปลป้วน

Good accommodation for reasonable price, clean & quiet, breakfast is good for Asian and westerner, handy being across the road from the big Central Shopping Centre.

We did not get welcome drinks though mentioned in our booking. The room was good (but empty body lotion bottle). The breakfast was good but not enough things/food for Europeans (no yoghurt, croissants, pastry, honey, chocolate spread, only one kind of juices and industrial orange juice…). The staff could be more friendly in general, be it at the breakfast or the bellboy. Not smiling and not as friendly as expected. The reception staff as well, not very professional. Cold and old swimming pool, not appealing. No 7-11 around and Big C closes at 21: 00, so make sure to have some snacks/drinks before that time.

ดีทุกอย่างเลย ห้องสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ อาหารก็จัดว่าดี สปาไม่ได้ใช้บริการแต่ราคาไม่แพงเลยค่ะ เสียอย่างเดียวประตูไม่เก็บเสียงคนเดินแล้วคุยทีเสียงดังเข้าห้องมากๆ

Great hotel with great price. It's located outside of town, but it located across the road from Central Departmental store, so it has everything. Everytime I visited Chiang Rai, I stayed at this hotel.

Good location.room is clean.staff is friendly and helpful.however would like to feedback that your hotel guest needs to pay 25bht for extra mineral water

No toothpaste & toothbrush, u can buy it at big C which nearby the hotel. Big C is closed at 11pm

Nice hotel, the best hotel in chiangrai.room are very clean and all staff are very friendly and helpfull.good breakfast and close to shopping mall.i enjoy my time in this hotel.its my four time in this hotel.

Had the room with jacuzzi. Room in very good maintained condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Absolutely try the room service. A great selection and high quality at low prices. I will definitely come back.
