Baan Jaru

It's a so-called B&B that includes breakfast. It is easy to find as it is located south of the clock tower. However, it's a little quiet near the inn at night, but it's quieter. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. This is a highly recommended place with good value for money.

Really enjoyed my time here. The gentleman that checked me I'm gave a great rundown of nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was cozy, clean, and the AC worked perfectly. It's located in a great place, nearby food options, scooter rental, laundry, barber, etc.

Jan/Febr 2023, elderly couple, 5 nights. Great, family run place. Dody is managing it, he is extremely helpful, well organized, absolutely honest: he did not charge for a room we cancelled last minute, because he had sold it otherwise! Large rooms, comfortable, no silly pictures, bathrooms perfect. Fine breakfast with fried vegetables, eggs, various fruits, excellent tea and coffee. Lot of plants everywhere.

Super nice and clean rooms, some space for sitting in front of the rooms and on the terrace, rather quiet area, decent breakfast. The hotelier has a captivating personality and shows you all the places where you can go.

Second time at this guesthouse and thIs place is amazing. Room super clean and the owners very friendly. Breakfast with homemade bread and eggs made by order. We will come back

Lovely little B&B in Chiang Rai for budget travellers. The host Toddy is the friendliest guy we've seen and the place is very homely. Place is clean and comfortable, everything you need as a traveller. Close to the clock tower which is a very happening place for food and drinks.

The host is very friendly and caring. We spend lots of wonderful time chatting. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is fresh with lots of fresh fruits. Location is perfect, close to many attractions. Highly recommended

Great family run homestay that goes the extra step to make you feel comfortable. Great accommodations, breakfast and advice. Such a special place that is so convenient to exploring Chiang Rai. Easy to walk to everything or use Grab app to catch a ride. Definitely would stay there again when back in the area!

Never have I stayed at a hotel that demonstrates such excellent quality for the value! The staff is friendly from the moment you arrive, and the facilities are absolutely gorgeous. I was traveling on a pretty tight budget, and was fully prepared for a mediocre experience. Wow, was I wrong!? The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk answered questions swiftly and arranged anything that I needed. On my last morning, I woke up to a packaged breakfast to take to the airport. Thank you to Baan Jaru for an excellent stay in Chiang Rai. I fully expect to return.

This is guesthouse is very clean and very quiet for sleeping. It is very central and within walking distance to the clock tower and markets. The shower is nice and hot and has very good pressure.oh and did I mention it is CLEAN
