It's a quiet place just one block from the bus station. It's old but well maintained. I will stay again at this price

Great little hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Stairs are a bit steep.

5 minutes walk south from the bus terminal. Security is solid with a gate lock. The staff are also kind and gentle. We also have two cats on staff. There is a shop called "books cafe&bistro" across the road, and they have live performances at night. It's quite loud, so you can hear it well into the middle of the night in your room, so it's GOOD.

A real gem of a budget hotel, fantastically located in the Wiang district of Chiang Rai. The staff are absolutely delightful and the place just has a really good feel about it.

The receptionist is very enthusiastic. Although the room equipment is not new, it is definitely sufficient. Free drinking water is provided. There is a free coffee bar in front of the counter. Everything is small and considerate. It is not too much to walk to Chiang Rai Night Market for a short walk Far. The only two disadvantages: the pillow has the smell of dandruff left by the predecessors. There is a coffee shop right in front of it. The sound of the live performance at night is very loud. It didn't stop until 10: 30 in the evening. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I finally called to protest and it stopped at 10: 40. Those who have difficulty falling asleep or want to rest quietly should pay attention.

I stayed in the single room to myself. Basic room but really nice and clean and would have stayed longer.

We were very happy for the four nights we spent there. Lovely staff, great value and good attention to detail and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Baan Baramee. It was very quiet, with comfy beds and a lovely breakfast set for 60 baht. I left behind a cheap pair of reading glasses and they kindly offered to send them to me. Great place.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, 5 minutes from the centre. Free coffee and tea in the morning.

Sweet staff, perfect room and cheap price. Couldn’t ask for more:)

Only thing is that there’s a compost bin at the entrance, which does not smell good.

The best value for money in Chiang Rai: cozy, clean, well-equipped spacious room and a delicious breakfast with a kind, excellent speaking English owner. Would return and definitely recommend!

Room is very very basic but still clean. The breakfast is nice and great value. Only down side was hearing some sort of animal scratching in the roof on both nights we stayed here, a little unsettling. Great location in the quiet part of town and very close to the bus station.

Excelent stay in Chiang Rai. The owner was super helpful and extremely nice, the room was at a high standard with fridge and AC and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Location is great, just 10 minutes walk to the main area and night Market. Totally recommend!

Host was sweet, let us stay even though our booking didn't go through, breakfast in site, beer and other beverages available.

Rooms very nice and very clean. Big comfy bed. Perfect location close to the Bus terminal 1 but in very quiet area. But the main reason to stay there is to have their amazing breakfast. You have 3 sets to choose from and all are extremely delicious especially pan fried eggs

Very clean and comfortable rooms at a budget price, friendly staff and good English spoken, close to night bazaar, shopping etc, but in a quiet location, would be happy to stay again

Simple but clean and great value for the money. It’s located near the night market in the city center of Chiang Rai. Laundry service is just 20m ahead
