Akha River House

บรรยากาศดีมาก แต่ห้องกันเสียงไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ เตียงทำจากไม้ไผ่สวยงามแต่ขยับตัวก็จะมีเสียงลั่นหน่อย

We stayed in a riverfront room, which was a good size, clean and nicely decorated. The views to the river were lovely.
It is right next to a very busy main road, but when the doors were shut you couldn't really hear it. It does mean that relaxing by the riverfront comes with a lot of traffic noise.
Walked from there to town centre - good location.
However, we were disappointed because the room was very damp. There was a terrible mould/mildew smell, and our belongings felt damp after 3 nights. For this reason alone we would not recommend staying here.
Staff were not available.

The owner is really friendly and helpful. The room is big and comfortable. I had a great time,!

Better than expected after the recent slew of bad reviews. Breakfast at 50 baht toast jam butter and coffee/tea/ovaltime was as expected. Great value honestly - the rooms are big. Very clean and not dusty despite a little aged. Lost one star due to most hard/uncomfortable mattress on the trip, but once again, 250 baht for a king bed is such good value.

Avoid this place! Is terrible dirty and looks like abandoned place 20 years ago service is the worse experience I had I long time really bad!
