Fantastic service! Win was super helpful and let us test ride a few bikes to find one we like. We settled on a nearly Yamaha aerox. We rode to Pai and back without any issues, and around the city. Highly recommended Zippy Motorbikes.

This place rocks! The bikes are super new and the whole process is very transparent. I've rented all over SEA and often felt like there were going to be hidden costs or something not explained properly. Not here, the contract is very clear, they tell you to test ride the bike and then we both took a video of the bike for damage. Super professional. I highly recommend Zippy!

Quick and professional service. We just walked in without a booking or anything and they had 2 bikes available. The young man serving us was very helpful. Their contract is clear and they encourage you to test ride the bike first to make sure you like it. We got our deposit back without any issues after they checked the bike. We will happily rent here again when we return to Chiang Mai.

These guys are great! Fast and professional. They just scan your passport, you sign a contract, you test ride and take pictures of the bike, and off you go! Flawless.

Overall very good. There wasn't a huge selection of bikes when I arrived, but then again I didn't book anything. When I returned there were several more bikes in the shop but they all were seemingly booked with little signs on them. So next time I will message first. Apart from that, the service was on point and the price for a week was very reasonable.

Quite a nice little shop. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by a nice young man. He informed me that there were no bikes available but several were returning that afternoon. I went for lunch and came back and sure enough there were three bikes to choose from. I chose the Yamaha Aerox 155cc becuase I planned to go into the mountains. It performed flawlessly. I highly recommend zippy for a proffesional rental experience.

We got a good deal on a bike in smokey season. We messaged them and got an immediate reply with their available bikes and prices. The rental process was simple and very professional. 9 days in total and not a single issue. Highly reccomended.

Cool little shop. Message them first because we got the last bike and there were two groups of people that were there and seemed to be annoyed that there were no bikes available. These guys are popular. Book ahead. That aside, our bike performed perfectly, the staff were friendly, and the whole process was very professional.

We were very happy with our experience with Zippys. They truly are very professional and friendly. We rented 3 bikes for a week each. We did the loop and went to other places nearby Chiang Mai. We had no problems the whole time. We will rent from them again when we return to Chiang Mai.

Friendly, professional and affordable. My favourite thing about Zippys is their transparency. They have everything written down clearly, you get an email confirmation with a link to their FAQs website, and they have explainer video in their shop on a TV. Super professional set up.
