Wat Thaton Chedi

Hoch über dem Tal des Mae Ai thront der der Wat Thaton Chedi. Ein Besuch lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Einerseits für die Tempelanlage andereseits für die Aussicht über das ganze Tal und die umgebenden Berge.

วิวสวยมาก อากาศก็ดีต้องนั่งรถต่อขึ้นไปจนชั้นสุดท้ายจะเห็นแนวทิวเขาด้านล่าง แต่ควรระวังถ้าไปในฤดูฝน แต่ถ้าไปในฤดูหนาวจะเห็นหมอกลงในช่วง6โมง เช้า >. <

เพิ่งไปมาวันนี้ครับ 19/11/2016 สวยมากๆบรรยากาศดีสุดๆวิวสวยด้วย เจดีย์สวยดีครับชั้นบนสุดของเจดีย์มีพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ ลงมาข้างล่างหน่อยมีพระองค์ขาวๆครับ สวยดี

อากาศดีตลอดปี สถานที่เป็นมงคล รักภูเขา สายน้ำกก ที่ไหลมาจากต้นน้ำในประเทศพม่า ไหลลงสู่เบื้องล่างเรื่อยไปจนบรรจบกับแม่น้ำโขงที่เชียงราย เป็นสายน้ำมหัศจรรย์ที่ไหลทวนจากจากใต้ขึ้นเหนือ คือไหลจากพม่าเข้าแม่อาย ขึ้นเหนือไปเชียงราย งดงามด้วยวัฒนธรรมหลากชนเผ่าตลอดสายน้ำที่งดงาม เทือกเขาที่อุดมสมบูรณ์แห่งพรรณไม้หลายหลากชนิด ที่ต้องมาเยือนใช้วลาในชีวิต ใช้ชีวิตที่ไม่เร่งรีบ สงบ สะอาด สวยงามของทิวทัศน์ และน้ำใจจากผู้คน ที่นี่ ท่าตอน แม่อาย เชียงใหม่.

เป็น Landmark ของท่าตอน เดินทางสะดวกดีครับ รถขึ้นมาได้ถึงบริเวณพระเจดีย์แก้ว ซึ่งภายในเป็นบันไดเวียนนาค รถเข็นก็สามารถขึ้นไปได้ถึงชั้นบนสุด

Really nice temple with lots of arts and artifacts to look at. The area is spread out over 9 different locations or "floors" with the big temple on the 8th. I been here many times and will return again. I hope it is protected and preserved for future.

Another beautiful pagoda temple bordering Myanmar. The temple seems to be built recently as all decorations are freshly colorful. Surprisingly I found many Chinese artworks hanging on walls in the lower section inside the pagoda. Taking advantage of height of the hill the temple is built, you can have a great view of the nearby villages and military establishment of Myanmar beyond the country boarder line.
