Wat Namtok Mae Klang reviews
9Absolutely stunning temple that I stumbled upon while visiting doi inthanon. It was quiet and empty when I went on a weekday. I loved the colorful shrines and jade buddha. Definitely worth stopping by if you have time
An interesting temple on the way to the highest point in Thailand. Definitely worth stopping for a few minutes
As you can see from my photos, this temple and its surrounding statues and motifs are really stunning and totally worth a stop if you are in the way to Doi Inthanon. There are market-like shops close by.
(EN) What a beautiful temple! Tourist go to the waterfall nearby but don’t think about visiting this lovely and quiet place.
(FR) Quel beau temple!
Great surprise on the way
Many figures
Unique energy inside
Flowing water around
Even special food court around it
Beautiful wat situated on the side of a mountain. Quiet food vendors next to the wat serve some of the best Thai food I’ve had anywhere in the country. Very friendly people and happy to help. Beautiful views and a nice resting stop on the Mae Hong Son loop
Came here by chance, seeing this templ besides the road on the way to and from inthanon to chiang mai.we were the only visitor, could be because it is near closing time and no festival at that time.
The place is under construction or restoration, so no chance to actually go inside the temple for visitation.some climbing required so not for people with leg problem.
