7All temples in Thailand are beautiful. The first temple I encountered in Old Town.
ขึ้นเครื่องบินมา แล้วเช่ารถขับเที่ยวที่เชียงใหม่ วัดเป็นวัดเก่าแก่ ศิลปะทางเหนือสวยงามมาก บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ วัดบริเวณนี้จะอยู่ติดๆกันหลายวัดเลย จอดรถที่เดียว สามารถเดินไปไหว้ได้หลายๆวัดพร้อมๆกัน ตอนที่ไป โบถส์ปิดปรับปรุง เลยไม่ได้เข้าไปกราบพระประธานในโบถส์เลย
This temple is located near Thapae Gate, so it receives many visitors, but since 2019 it is under restoration. In the temple there are:
The viharn which is also under repair as it is in a bit of a dilapidated state. The gabled front end has finely carved, gold foliate decoration, but the gilding is faded. At the front there is a carved peacock with the feathers displayed in blue, but most of the coloring is now gone.
The ubosot is a new building and does not need repairs. It has a richly decorated gabled end gilt on a green glass mosaic.
The roof is two-tiered and has attractive naga along the edges in green and gold
The chedi has a large square base layered in lime, mostly faded. The lower part of the bell is covered with gold, in good condition, and the upper part of the bell is covered with a mosaic of glass and porcelain pieces of different colors, with the gold and blue having lost a little their splendor. The terminal appears to be made of wood and has lost its gold cover, as has the hti umbrella at the top. The chedi is guarded by chinthe lions with four small chedis placed at each corner decorated with gold.
Ho trai, where the fragile palm leaves inscribed with Buddhist texts are kept, has been recently renovated and is currently the best temple building.

แต่อายุเก่าแก่หลายร้อยปี วันนั้นเรารีบไปทำธุระจึงไม่ได้แวะเข้าไปข้างวัด จึงถ่ายรูปได้แค่ข้างนอก มองดูแล้วข้างในน่าจะสวย ถ้าได้กลับไปเชียงใหม่อีกจะไปแวะชม.
It is located near the east gate. Pillars are well decorated. Statues are brilliant.
