Tree Boutique Condominiums

I'm here for a longterm stay (already been three months), and it seems pretty convenient for a condo for this price. Of course, there are some flaws.

The building is not new, by all means. There are cracks, dirt and weathering. Also it is made with pretty cheap materials. I already had an issue with the bidet thing. But yet, overall everything functions.

The owner of my unit is super nice, as well as the juristic person lady - really helpful.

The location is perfect for a longterm stay - you have access to all you need: shops, bars, hospitals, immigration office, schools, police, etc. Yet you live in a quietest place with a nice mountain view.

The entire experience was awful with moldy rooms, leaking pipes and broken parts both in the rooms and common area. Doors don’t lock properly, fire alarms are outdated (expired in 2014), many small things that wouldn’t bother one by one but together add up like broken toilet seats, lights that doesn’t get fixed and also some of the staff being rude.

The owner (or idc what her position is) is an absolute awful person. Blaming us for the broken pipes and mold. Asking us to pay to fix the bidet that broke because of wear not our fault. Taking forever or just ignoring us when we asked for help.

Dont live here. Its so bad. I feel bad for myself and everyone else who is staying here.

Not a Hotel it is a condo. Where you are supposed to pay the electricity bill when you stay for 7 days. Even though the lady on the call was very nice it was not so nice walking through the streets trying to find another hotel with a bunch of luggage. We mentioned they should update their information can sadly not even recommend as we not even did find the key to the place and that is why we actually called them.

The photos in the website must be very old as the view looked nothing like on the website. The rooms did not allow for any privacy as there was only a glass sliding door in between with no curtain. The lounge was the 2nd room also with no curtaining and everyone from the properties next door could see in. In addition, there was nowhere for us to socialize as the rules and regulations were ridiculous. For someone on holiday, we felt restricted. We were there for less than 12 hours and decided to find somewhere else to stay. They said that if we wanted our money back, we would have to contact the owner. False advertising at it's best. Ended up paying another hotel but definitely worth paying the extra money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in Chiang Mai. In addition, it was far from everything.

So Tree Boutique responded that they are happy so many people like their place.a 3.9 scoring is not good. Says a lot.

ที่จอดรถสะดวก แต่ที่นี่มีนกพิราบเยอะ บางทีอาจถ่ายลงรถได้

ไปถึงที่พัก โทรติดต่อ พนง จะมาเปิดห้องให้ค่ะ ถ้าดูห้องแล้วไม่พอใจขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ถ้าตอนนั้นมีห้องว่างนะคะ พอดีเราไปเจอห้องเหม็นอับมากเลยขอเขาเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องใหม่ ตอนเช็คเอาท์ก็วางกุญแจไว้ในห้องเท่านั้นค่ะ

ห้องพักเก่าแต่หลับสบายมาก ขนาดห้องโดยรวมกว้าง แต่ห้องน้ำแคบมาก มีโซฟาเบด แอร์เย็นดี ค่าทำความสะอาดแพงมาก ทางเดินระหว่างห้องเก่ามากๆๆๆๆ ที่ตั้งเดินทางเข้าซอยลึก

Nice place and central not too far from the square/city (Only 200 thb with tuktuk). Staff is also nice and polite so I can only recommend this place anytime. -)

5 stars in the way that each room had everything, nice comfortable bed, clean sheets, good pillows, bathroom had good clean towels, aircon was quiet, TV was big, washing machine, fridge, tea coffee, microwave, soap shampoo. Everything was there.so I give 5 stars. Sorry I dont have picture.

The hotel is clean and very convenience for cooking. It almost perfect for me but one things, they asked me to pay more 500 THB for house keeper that they don't inform me before.

Don’t book a room here unless you’re a condo owner. Staff was rude and clearly doesn’t accept hotel guests

Bright apartment with fully equipped kitchen and everything else you need. Nice view to the pool area and nereby mountains. Fast and reliable WIFI. Kind and helpful staff. All in all we enjoyed our one week stay)

I stayed in room #603 & had an absolutely terrible experience. I signed a one month lease, only to find out after I moved in that the building has major plumbing issues. The bathroom had a terrible smell. When I complained to management, I was told that there wasn’t a problem but that they would have someone check it out. I ran into a fellow tenant & was told that it’s a common problem in the building. Nothing was done to fix the problem, so I was forced to break my lease & my landlord refused to give me a fair refund. I would absolutely would have never stayed here, had I known this.

Very nice, clean and compact condos. Nice pool area and small fitness room. Very good and spacious car park.
