The Marndadee Heritage Hotel, Chiang Mai

Basically this place is top notch in every area- the setting is beautiful and quiet and relaxing; the food is really good; the rooms are comfortable and nicely arranged- highly recommended.

Beautiful tranquil hotel, reasonably priced. About 20-30min out of town. Good if you just want to relax but can be annoying if you want to visit bars/restaurants

Incredible stay at the Marndadee Heritage, it's the most beautiful, relaxing and tranquil place and only 20 minutes out from Chiang Mai old town.

We had our wedding here and the staff were second to none, every detail was seen to with great detail. Our guests and I absolutely loved this beautiful slice of paradise.

Hidden gem far from city hussle. Recommended for a weekend getaway or for a day excursion from the city to have some food and/or drinks

The hotel is fabulous for its natural and beautiful environment and art collections. The room is Lanna style showing the traditional architecture and lifestyle.

This resort is very well designed and maintained. Once stepping into the lobby, you start to see all antique and art collections. The rice field, fishes, flowers, greens and Lanna style houses make you just feel quiet and relax. We sit in the balcony and enjoy the view for hours, you hear the sounds of birds and water running in front of your room. Peaceful!

The property is a great looking, the styling is awesome but I don't think it worth the money for three main reasons. First pricing is outrageous for restaurant and the massages (for massage - 9 times more than you'll pay in the city). Secound is the The breakfast is not even close to what you expect. Third is the roads to the property.

Highly recommend this place! A very lovely getaway with very accomodating staff, clean rooms, and the overall aesthetics of this hotel is in itself a cultural experience.

Wonderful hotel with delicate garden and rice barn. They have activities like flower folding, yoga or hiking. And hotel price is very cost-effective.

We had an absolutely delightful time staying here. The staff are so pleasant and go out of their way to help you out if you need any assistance. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded all customer service expectations. The turn down service is a very nice touch.
There are so many breakfast options that everyone will find something they like. They even offer smoked salmon on avocado toast with poached egg, a rarity in thailand.
The pool is gorgeous as well and gym facility is well maintained. The peaceful surroundings and the colonial era buildings will take you back to simpler times. Highly recommend staying here.

Really nice, attentive, and friendly staffs. Nothing beats waking up to a lovely view and delish breakfast dishes. Absolutely love the overall ambiance and aesthetics of the hotel. Highly recommended, and would definitely come back here during my next visit!

My stay at Marndadee was wonderful! My favorite part is how each corner is carefully thought out and each room is uniquely designed. And of course, very clean. Great food, accommodating staff, excellent spa. The place also overlooks the river. When you’re inside you really feel that you’ve escaped the noise and chaos from the city.

Very impressive stay. The resort was so beautiful with elegant decor. All the furnitures were very well-kept. Felt like being in real art gallery. The atmosphere was so serene and oriental. The service was excellent, warm, and genuine. Will definitely go back to visit and stay there again.

A secluded resort with views of the river and beautiful thai woodcarvings engraved into their room decor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable!
