The Inside House

The most amazing hotel! We stayed in a Waterfall suite and having that private pool with the beautiful greenery surrounding it was gorgeous. The patio is fully covered so you’re never too hot. Perfect location & extremely accommodating/professional staff. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Another highlight for us was the afternoon tea every day that they brought to your room. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Have been thinking about coming to this hotel again from 4 years ago. This was slightly before covid. The tea time in the garden area was one of my favorite experiences. This is one of the best run hotels in Changmai, and definitely will be returning again. This is a slamming deal for a place. Their services are amazing. The pools in the hotel room are stunning. The bathtubs are nice too. The shower were huge, in stone. Overall Chang Mai is a spectacular city and has much more to offer than most.

Get a massage from Fai! She’s the hidden gem. The 90-min massage provided an incredible relief to my back pain. Definitely the best I’ve had in Thailand and I’d return to The Inside House just to get another massage. And yes, the amazing reviews here are true. Great service, excellent food and beautifully designed room. Can’t wait to be back!

The best decision we did while we are in Chiang Mai. It is really a great hotel with awesome staff. We got everything we needed. The staff is really helpful and always available for assistance. The pool is clean, the breakfast has a large variety that can be chosen from and the rooms are big and tidy. We celebrated are honeymoon here and the staff made our celebration amazing!

Staying at the Inside House was the best experience! The hotel was beautiful with exquisite interior designs. I was happily surprised to see the welcome gifts from the hotel and a handwritten card. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food! The food was impressive. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all delicious and beautifully presented with plenty of options. We had an early tour one day and the staff packed breakfast boxes for us. It was the best breakfast box I’ve ever had.

The hotel has great location and amazing service. I cannot recommend it more and I’m definitely going back.

Its a little piece of heaven
and the service? Starting with a pleasant personal letter, bottle of champagne and fruits that we discovered when we got into the room, all the way to providing us with a snack for the road at the check out.it was amazing! I had a really great experience, its beautiful, peaceful, romantic, clean.the room is full of small useful surprises (they even have a hair straightener)

This has to be the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The room was a bit noisy but the hotel really spoils its guests with a fun afternoon tea and good breakfast, and has a good location in the old city.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! We rented the pool villa for 3 nights for our honeymoon. It was secluded, private and the amenities were delightful (full bathroom additions with comb, nail clippers, shower caps, etc) and the decoration for our honeymoon stay was beautiful with flowers and champagne. The location of the hotel is perfectly in the heart of Chiang Mai in a walkable distance from multiple Temples and food locations. Definitely recommend staying here if you can.

ขออ้างถึงเหตุที่เลือกมาพักที่นี่ก่อน คือวันที่ 24 ก. ย. เป็นวันเกิด ก็อยากได้ที่พักดีๆนิดนึง ที่พักดีๆที่ว่าที่เชียงใหม่ก็เยอะเหลือเกิน แต่เวลาและงบเรามีจำกัด หลังจากเลือกไปเลือกมาหลายที่มาจบที่นี่ด้วยหน้าตาอาหารเช้า!

จริงๆห้องที่นี่คงเด่นตรงมีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่เกินงบ เลยเลือกแบบเริ่มต้น แบบเดียวที่ไม่มีสระ

ความประทับใจในที่นี่เกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่ตอนคุยกับแอดมิน ทักไปตอบตลอด อาจจะไม่ทันทีแต่ไม่ช้ามาก ไม่มีปล่อยผ่านโดยไม่ตอบ ให้ข้อมูลครบ รู้สึกได้ถึงความใส่ใจ มีการใช้ภาษาที่ถูกต้องด้วย ไม่มี “นะค่ะ” มาให้เสียอารมณ์

การบริการดีทุกส่วน ดีทุกคน ห้องพักดี สวยงาม ใช้ของดี ใหม่อยู่ด้วยเพราะมีช่วงโควิดทำให้ไม่ได้ใช้ห้อง (ตอนไปพักคือกำลังจะ 4 ปี) ของที่เตรียมให้ก็เรียกได้ว่าจัดเต็ม ถือว่าเกินจากปดติที่มีกันด้วย เช่น มีที่หนีบผม Bath foam

น้ำแรง คุมอุณหภูมิได้ดี เตียงนอนสบาย แต่อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุเพราะค่อนข้างสูง อินเตอร์เน็ตแรงดีไม่มีปัญหา

ข้อติมีอยู่นิดหน่อย คือเราน่าจะได้ติดกับห้องเก็บของเลยมีเสียงนั่นนี่ลั่นบ้างให้รำคาญเป็นบางที

ตอน checkout มีเสบียงให้ด้วย ️ เป็น sandwich แต่เราได้ birthday cake ด้วย เนื่องจากพนักงานลืมให้ตอนมื้อเช้า

I don’t think any other hotel can ever satisfy us after The Inside House. They went beyond our expectations - made our honeymoon the most special memory. Their rooms are all gorgeous, staff very attentive and respectful and food top quality! Its a piece of heaven in Chiang Mai. We will def be back

The Inside House is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! It is beyond beautiful with the huge tree in the middle, the luxurious dining room, and the turquoise blue pool. The staff is extremely kind, greeting us with drinks and giving us a present when we left. Also the complimentary dinner the first night is extremely delicious. The additional complimentary breakfast and tea time are very nice and require you to spend less on meals outside of the hotel. The room itself is extremely clean, the bed very comfortable, and the decorations very beautiful. You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was amazing! The staff decorated the room and made our stay extra special. The people that work here are so nice and so helpful! Great location too! Would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a 5 star experience! Love the corner pool suite and can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you so much to the amazing staff! Truly made this experience 10 times better and more enjoyable!

it is in a great location, excellent accommodation and fine dining to fit. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My fiancé and I stayed in a room on the middle level and used the common pool daily, usually with a margarita from the Ghin Restaurant Bar.

It was a lovely place to relax and a good base to explore all the wonders of Chiang Mai.

Amazing! Such a beautiful colonial style treat. The food is out of this world, elegant, an experience, generous, delicious. After noon tea is out of this world. We were so pleased that we didn’t get a pool room. We were happy to swim in the beautiful main pool. Highly recommend. Stunning. Looking forward to returning

We LOVED our stay here and would 100000% recommend it. The staff were attentive and kind, but not intrusive. The amenities on top of a private pool in our suite was well worth the price. We felt really relaxed from our stay here. If you love gorgeous Lanna architecture, a private pool in your suite, and feeling instantly relaxed when checking in next to a bodhi tree in the courtyard then look no further.

Lovely and cozy hotel with the best service. All staff was very attentive and willing to help us with everything. In my oppinion, the service was better than many 5-star hotels. They never let us be hungry. After check-in, afternoon tea set was provided in a cute garden. In the room, they also provided welcome fruits, Thai desserts, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Moreover, housekeeper brought some lovely snacks to say good night when they came for turn down service. Lastly, after check-out they gave a box of sandwich as a farewell.

Thank you so much front office, restaurant, and housekeeping staffs for the enjoyable experience. My girlfriend and I will surly visit when we go back to Chiang Mai.
