The only downside is a bunch of disrespectful Chinese people and above all no authority over their children who run, scream, jump and splash in the pool without worrying about the world around them….

The breakfast was very good.
I think the location is not the best to make the most of the old city.
The gym was reasonable and the pool could have been heated

This is an oldish style apartment/hotel. Great for longer stays with good breakfast, facilities and reasonable long-stay rates.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is very nice and really very helpful. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast is very tasty and there is a large selection. The pool is a bit small and is also cooled and is too cold for me personally. When we arrived the toilet flush was not working but the problem was fixed by the staff within a few minutes. The hotel is also a bit out of town about 2km away but you can rent scooters everywhere for a reasonable price and explore chiang mai

The Grand Napat is a really nice hotel and easy to get there from the airport.
For 35€ Euros (2500 bath) is an incredible room with view to the pool.
The room comes with a shower Flat Screen TV and King Size Bed
The staff is friendly and helps you If you have questions.
Breakfast is included by the room.

We had the Deluxe Family Suite. The room was good and large and had a kitchen. So we could prepare dinner in the room. Service was good. But if you come as a tourist the location is not so good. Whenever you want to go out, you need to call a taxi. We did not find restaurants at walking distance. So be ready for numerous taxi rides.

Stayed on the first floor, double room family suite.house keeping are friendly and efficient and fast.check in staff are very friendly and even helped with my grabfood orders.grabfood however found it hard to get to the place and if ordering it is advised to put "the napatra hotel".

breakfast is simple but they do awesome omelets and scrambled eggs.there's fruit and sometimes the coffee machine gets a bit over worked from people trying to wake up.mosquitoes can be frustrating so it's advised to head to the nearby 7eleven to grab some mosquito coil if you're going to use their balconies.
If you stay on the first floor, you might get haunted by millipedes that wander in from the surrounding garden, just a few every day.

TV channels not too bad and we managed to get to watch the world Cup while there.though we switched out our TV once because we couldn't watch anything past the static.you get free bottles of water, amenities like shampoo and body wash and a change of towels everyday.overall I'd stay there again because the location is pretty good and it's short rides from the city and sights.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast and pool, staff is friendly but I wish the room service was a little bit better

Bolt driver said it would be more quite and it was. More of a local area. Hogs is next door for food and drinks. One local food stand didn't know what to do with us so we went down the road. Less of a tourist area here.

Pluses:
Spacious room.
Big bath, but you won’t be able to take hot baths. The heater is not strong enough.
Good mattress.
Copious breakfast with many food choices with real coffee from a machine. No green tea, though.
Big TV with HDMI entrance.
Mosquito nets.
Big wardrobe (no hangers for trousers though).
They provide slippers and a bathrobe.
Microwave, fridge (very silent), little kettle. Hairdryer.
They provide free bicycles and locks for them. They are quite old and squeaky, but can get you to the old town. During dark hours it’s dangerous though, as the traffic is chaotic.
Very quiet inside the hotel. Maybe there weren’t many people, but I couldn’t hear doors, elevator, steps, or people talking!
Staff is professional.
There is a drying rack on the balcony.
Free airport shuttle.

Minuses:
Big shower doesn’t get really warm.
A bit noisy if your room faces the entrance side. If you keep the windows open, you can hear the road and some concerts in the evening. Actually inside the old town I’ve seen quieter places!
Artificial blanket that makes you sweaty.
Dress warmly for breakfast if you’d like to eat outside.
Small cups in the rooms.
Swimming pool has sun in the middle of the day, when you’re usually out. The water is cool, which is fine if you are in the sun only.
Wifi is not reliable. I just had to use my mobile internet most of the time.
Tour and car rental prices they offer from their partners are not competitive.

We found it a cool place. We spent a long time. There are shops and restaurants near by if you don’t eat ur lunch from there. They give u tasty breakfast buffet. With the pool view. The pool is maintained very well. The best place. I would recommend this place cos it is nearby to most of the places. They give u five star service and the kitchen is maintained very well. Overall a very beautiful place. Loved it!

Great hotel, pleasent team, willing to help whenever possible. Allways clean, bed very comfortable.

I stayed here with my family in December 2017 and it was perfect for our vacation. The staff were all very friendly, breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, and the rooms were very comfortable.
