I highly recommend this lovely hotel for anyone seeking a true 5 Star experience. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with plenty of lights, excellent swimming pool and grounds. The restaurant adjacent to and associated with the hotel is also excellent. Mostly, the staff are world-class. True professionals ready to take care of your every need.

Was an incredible experience! Stayed for 2 nights and wish we could stay longer. The staff was amazing - so nice, friendly amd accommodating. We have been to some top tier resorts and this was by far the best experience in terms of service. Really could not have asked for a better place. Hihhlt recommended

Excellent service. Excellent facilities. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. I will definitely return here. The only minor negative is the location. If you plan to do a lot of walking then this is not the hotel for you. If you have transportation or don’t mind a few minute Grab or Taxi to downtown then you can’t do better than this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel and amazing stay here! As a family of three, we loved our little break here at the Riverside hotel.

The staff really went out of their way to look after us and attend to all our needs.

Breakfast served in the room at the time requested was just the perfect way to start the day. Nespresso coffee in the room (complimentary!) was a brilliant touch and a gym to get a quick workout in was just perfect.

Beautifully crafted comfortable rooms, great service.

Perfect for those looking for a quiet stay in Chiang Mai. Located just off the city center (~10-minute drive - the hotel has parking), you can avoid unwanted city noise without being too far off. Plus, you get a view overlooking the Ping River.

Staff are extremely attentive and helpful, from the butler to cleaning staff. Breakfast is served right to your room. You will feel pampered.

I have been traveling for a few weeks now and decided to book a few nights at Chiang Mai Riverside Hotel.

In one word: Amazing!

It always feels really good to be welcomed by friendly staff members and be able to rest in a well-designed and very comfortable room. Everything was simply perfect. From the mouth-watering breakfast to the very clean pool.

The hotel even offers a shuttle service every hour to Chiang Mai. Very convenient if you would like to discover this beautiful city.

Disappointing. This suite hotel is located directly on the Ping River, unfortunately far from the centre in a less attractive environment. In front of the hotel is the swimming pool and then a small garden. You have a beautiful view into the greenery, and it is wonderfully quiet. The rooms are sufficiently large and modern and solidly furnished. The equipment is complete with a small kitchenette, so it is also good for a long-term stay. You sleep well and very quiet, but if there is noise at the pool or in the garden, it is extremely annoying because of the cheap windows. It's also unpleasant that, due to a peculiar architecture, there is privacy only when the curtains are drawn. The rooms are arranged in such a way that everyone can look directly into about six other suites.
Unfortunately, it is by no means a 5-star hotel as advertised on the website. It starts with arrival, where there is not even a roof at the entrance - luckily we did not arrive in the rain. Valet parking is unknown, the car park is a gravel desert. The air conditioning in the suite is much too weak, an evening service comes sometimes, sometimes not.
We book with breakfast and expect a 5-star breakfast buffet or a time-unlimited possibility to have breakfast of choice in the room. But there is none of that. Like in a cheap pension, you have to order a breakfast set menu the day before for a certain time. Choice? Exactly one western-style set menu is offered. There is not even a napkin. Lunch or dinner in the suite? No service, everything is closed, even the highly praised restaurant. Butler service? Only on the Internet, not in reality.
Even though we paid for the service, we had to organize meals via Grab and from the 7-Eleven, like in a 2-star hotel.
Hotel managers are not visible. Since everything seems to be based on lies, they strictly avoid giving names. The crisis situation certainly does not justify ripping off customers in this way. In Thailand with no problem you can take money for services you do not provide.

This private boutique hotel one of the best places in which I stayed during my short visit to Chiang Mai. It is located at 10 minutes drive from the city center and 10 minutes from the international airport, which can be very comfortable for those who don´t have to much time at disposal. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the city center or airport.
It is the winner of Best Global Luxury Riverside Hotel in 2019 and you can easily see why when you take the first step inside. The reception it´s not very big but gives you the feeling that you are entering in a luxury villa from Beverly hills. The rooms look amazing, very cleans and intimate, with a balcony that gives you the possibility to relax and enjoy the view over Pink River and the sunset. As is it is a luxury boutique suite hotel, you will find in your room full equipped kitchen, dinning area, a relax area with comfortable couch and a kings size bedroom that will make you feel like an actual royal figure.
One thing that I liked very much it was the butler intimate service. You can opt for having the breakfast in your room or in the restaurant. The level of service is at a high level and all the staff team is always available and at your disposal, whether if you need information or just someone to talk with. I definitely will come back on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

One of my top picks in Chiang Mai and I work in tourism! This is one of the better hotels if you want a relaxing memorable stay. Friendly and polite staff throughout, even the cleaning staff are polite and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and very comfortable beds. Modern amenities in the room, great breakfast choice, friendly reception and a nice quiet area (unlike hotels in the old city which are notorious for noise from bars in town). Not far from town and easy to get to and from using a taxi or Grab. This is a great place to stay and explore Chiang Mai, or just have a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended!

โรงแรม 5 ดาว บรรยากาศติดริมน้ำปิง อยู่ไก้ลวงแหวนรอบสามช่วงป่าแดดเชียงใหม่ ทั้งบรรยากาศการตกแต่ง รวมไปถึงบริการก็คือ 5 ดาว คงไม่พูดถึงในส่วนนั้นมากเพราะก็มีเหมือนกันทุกที่ แต่ที่มีเพิ่มคือ หากเราชอบหรือถูกใจเฟิร์นิเจอร์ชิ้นใหนก็ สามารถสั่งซื้อกลับไปไช้ต่อที่บ้านได้ด้วยนะเค้ามีบริการจัดส่งให้ด้วย (เค้ามีโรงงานเองจ้ะ) และยังรับจัด private party และงานแต่งงานด้วยนะ

Superb 2 bedroom for the family. Sunrise view at room 404 was spectacular amazing and unforgettable! Staff were nice and helpful. Pool gets enough sunlight so it’s not cold. Lovely river view. Wish toilet was bigger though.we moved from Phra Singh Village hôtel few days back and we had a huge toilet with jacuzzi. But the superb view made up for it. Lovely place for 3 nights stay. Easy to book grab cars to go anywhere.
