After a month spent in Thailand and many hotels, this is the best I have stayed in.
The rooms and the hotel are very nicely decorated, with the feeling of being at home.
The cleanliness is impeccable, its slightly off-center position (15 minutes walk from the city center) allows you to be calm and find a relaxing atmosphere. There is still a 7/11 and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which is perfect. A coffee and a waffle are offered in the morning and allow you to enjoy the very cute little outdoor terrace.
The manager is truly the nicest person we have met in the hotel industry and gave us lots of advice for visiting the city.

A clean and modern hotel, about 1.2kms from the town centre. The rooms are really nicely designed and have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and receptionist/house keeper, were very helpful during me stay. Recommended.
โรงแรมเล็กๆ กลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ ที่นอนหลับสบายเหมือนนอนบ้าน ตกแต่งสวยมาก ฟังก์ชั่นครบในห้องนอน ทีวีมีอินเตอร์เน็ต ห้องน้ำแยกโซนอย่างชัดเจน ตื่นเช้ามามีบริการกาแฟ และขนมปังให้ทานฟรีด้วย แนะนำเลยครับ
Recommend place to stay in Chiang Mai! This is a new building after renovation, quiet neighbourhood for working. Reasonable price with breakfast

4 room hostel was great, came with own.bathroom. One good thing is they accept credit card: those travelling long period will appreciate it. Room was clean and rate was good.
One things that I thought could be improve is having more flexible check in timing. I was transferring from another hostel and they don't allow me to check in early (Only 1 to 2 hour earlier) despite the room was empty. Causes much inconvenience between me and the staff because have to keep telephoning for the staff to open the door for me.
