I stayed 8 nights at Oldtown Rendezvous in Chiang Mai. The quality of the room was superb for the price. I had a private room with AC, bathroom and a small balcony. The Staff was very friendly. I can very much recommend this Hotel!

I stayed here for 3 days initially, and I ended up staying for a month. Great place to stay at, all you need, great location, great staff, I highly recommend!
For how cheap it was to stay, the place was exceptional. Situated right next to the famous Phae gate you can jump right into all sorts of actions tourists typically come to Chiang Mai for. The aforementioned Phae gate, the (in) famous Zoe in Yellow bar and other nightlife locations, one of the most surprisingly beautiful massage shop near by. The room you get, although old, has everything you can hope for at this price range.
Nice place with good breakfast, decent rooms and daily cleaning, only problem were the showers which did not have any barriers from the rest of the bathroom, meaning it would get the entire room wet every time someone showered.
